The second is to increase publicity, using village radio, WeChat and other tools to publicize the health science knowledge of the pneumonia epidemic caused by the new coronavirus, and call on everyone not to pay New Year's greetings, not to give alcohol, to go out less, to wear masks, and to wash hands frequently. The third is to do a good job of screening and registration, and group household screening, especially migrant workers and those who have recently been in close contact with people in Hubei Province should do a good job of registration. Fourth, do a good job in home isolation, for those who have returned to their hometowns in Hubei Province, we should persuade them to isolate at home, strengthen epidemic prevention propaganda for their families, and designate a village cadre to be responsible. Fifth, report in a timely manner, and report to the town in a timely manner if you refuse to implement home isolation or find that someone has fever symptoms. The task force also called on each pair of helpers to give a call to the recipients to understand their recent living conditions, whether they have a history of traveling to and from Hubei, whether they have a recent history of contact with Hubei people, whether they have fever, cough and other physical discomforts, and if so, they will give feedback to the team in time. On February 10, the first day of work in the village, the team went to the Jiuling Village Highway Persuasion Station to inspect the passing vehicles.
A total of 12 people from Hubei Province were screened out in Jiuling Village, and they were all required to quarantine at home for 14 days, designate cadres of the village branch and two committees to be responsible, and mobilize the surrounding masses to form a consensus among neighbors, remind each other, supervise each other, and establish a network of spontaneous prevention and control. So far, there has not been a single confirmed or suspected case in Jiuling Village.

Therefore, the task force and the two committees of the village branch discussed the short-term work plan: first, publicize and guide the villagers to carry out spring plowing work such as weeding, ploughing and ridge forming in an orderly manner, do not pile up, wear masks, and pay attention to personal protection. The second is to plough the tobacco planting land as soon as possible to ensure that tobacco is planted on time this year. Third, the base of camellia and kiwifruit should be pruned and fertilized. Fourth, the task force will coordinate the backing unit to donate organic fertilizer as soon as possible to help spring ploughing.
