Reading guideWhen we use S7-1200PLC as the lower computer and Config King software as the upper computer, we need to establish a communication connection between them. Configurator provides the connection driver of S7-1200, please see how to operate it below!
1200plc configuration
First of all, we need to set the IP address of the plc 192168.0.1 As shown in the figure below:
In the Protection and Security --- Connection Mechanism, select Allow PUT GET communication access from remote objects, as shown in the following figure
If you need to read the data of a DB block, you need to optimize the DB block, as shown in the following figure
If you do not need to read the data of the DB block, you can skip this step. At this point, the PLC setup is complete. Let's go to the configuration in Config King.
Configurator configuration
Create or open a Configurator project, and then create a new device in Devices:
Click New to pop up the following dialog box, select TCP under S7-1200, and click Next;
Set a name and click Next;
Keep the default parameters and click the next page directly;
Enter the IP address of the PLC, behindKeep up: 0Note that the colon isEnglish half-width modeunder input. The specific meaning can be viewed by clicking on the address help, and then clicking on the next page;
On this page, you don't need to change the parameters, and you can click on the next page directly;
Click Done, and our driver configuration is completed.
Now I'm going to create a variable to verify it.
We create a variable of MW100 (the creation process will not be repeated) and display it on the screen, monitor MW100 in the Portal Monitoring Table, and write the value of 43, and the value of 43 is also displayed in the configuration king interface. Then after testing, our communication is already normal.
