Fully implement the system of "self-knowledge, self-inspection, and self-improvement" of fire hazards, and post the "Fire Safety Commitment Letter" in a conspicuous position in public areas, make a public commitment to the public, and accept the supervision of the masses. When a training venue is subcontracted or subcontracted to other training institutions, the fire safety responsibilities of the subcontracting and subcontracting parties shall be clarified. Training venues should not be set up in underground or semi-underground buildings, and in principle, collective dormitories should not be set up in the venues, so as to ensure that they are not crowded and easy to evacuate. The training venue shall ensure that the safe evacuation channels and safety exits are unblocked, and shall not set up metal fences and other obstacles that affect evacuation and escape, fire fighting and rescue in external windows, balconies, safety exits and other parts. Safety exits, stairwells, and evacuation walkways shall be provided with evacuation lighting fixtures and light evacuation signs. Each training room and collective dormitory shall be equipped with no less than 2 emergency flashlights and filtering fire self-rescue breathing apparatus equivalent to the number of trainees, and an evacuation diagram shall be posted in obvious parts. The third floor and above should be equipped with evacuation ropes and other evacuation and self-rescue equipment.
Organize at least one fire prevention inspection every month and before the start of winter and summer vacations and new classes, focusing on the inspection of electrical wiring, gas pipelines, safety exits, operation and maintenance of fire-fighting facilities and the use and management of electrical appliances in the training venue, and immediately rectify the problems found in the inspection and inspection, and implement civil air defense, physical defense and technical defense measures to ensure safety during the training. Formulate fire extinguishing and emergency evacuation plans, and clarify the responsibilities of each shift and each post staff for alarm, evacuation, and fighting the initial disaster.
