Camera sound issues.

There is no sound or noise in the camera pickup.

Not involved. There is no sound problem with the camera pickup.

1) First confirm whether the device has its own pickup, if not, for the camera with an audio input cable, an external pickup is required.

a) Use an external pickup to confirm that the pickup is powered properly.

b) Confirm that the pickup wiring is correct.

2) Confirm that audio input is turned on.

3) Whether the audio channel corresponding to the external pickup is enabled.

There is a noise problem with the camera pickup.

1) Whether the wiring is standardized.

a) The ground wire is suspended, which will cause the audio signal input to have no reference ground, thus introducing noise; (Phenomenon: The sound of the current is obvious).

The ground wire of the pickup must be connected to the ground wire of the IPC (to prevent the potential difference between the IPC and the pickup, which will cause noise).

b) Pile up the terminal head, the wiring is uneven, and the interference is introduced.

It is best to cut all the unconnected wires flat (so that the wires of the wires are not exposed to avoid contact with each other and introduce noise), or you can directly wrap each terminal with insulating tape.

2) Confirm whether there is any interference in the installation environment.

a) Whether there is a ** road coupling problem.

The power supply supplies power to the pickup over a long distance, and the audio signal is transmitted over a long distance, which will cause coupling in the first channel; Generating noise;

b) Check for strong electrical interference.

The audio signal is a weak electrical signal and is very susceptible to interference from other factors in the environment; Strong electrical interference is one of them, and in practical applications, it is often manifested in the audio cable and the power supply cable sharing a slot, or the audio cable is close to the strong current cable, rectifier and other equipment with strong electrical work.

c) Whether there is interference from foreign objects near the installation environment.

When there is a base station, high-power audio or other interference sources such as mobile phones and other RF signal interference sources near the installation environment, it will also cause noise in the transmission path of the audio line.

d) Whether the pickups are working properly.

You can connect the pickup directly to the speaker to see if the audio output of the speaker is normal. Or cross-test with normal pickups and cameras to see what the problem goes with.

3) If there is noise, you can turn on noise suppression, modify the encoding format, and adjust the gain to see if the effect is optimized.
