The camera went up and down the line repeatedly on the Uniview cloud.

1) The preference DNS server needs to be: 114114.114.114
2) Check if the camera's 4G signal is normal.
a) Log in to the web interface of the camera to check the signal strength of the 4G interface, the signal strength of the 4G network is expressed in dBm, - represents the attenuation value, the smaller the number means the smaller the attenuation (the stronger the signal), usually the signal strength is not less than -51dBm.
b) If the signal strength is weak, for cameras with antennas, check whether the antennas are installed normally.
c) The signal is still weak after normal installation, and the antenna is not broken. If it breaks, the antenna needs to be replaced.
b) Under the normal installation of the antenna, the signal is still weak, it is recommended to replace the device to a position with a good 4G signal.
3) Check to see if the camera is restarting repeatedly.
You can check the running time of the camera through the camera web and determine whether it has been restarted repeatedly. If the device is repeatedly restarted, check the power supply environment. If it's solar-powered, check to see if there are trees in the environment that block the solar energy, and make sure the solar equipment receives enough sunlight.
