Ochanomizu University is a national women's university located in Otsuka, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo. The predecessor school was located in Ochanomizu (Yushima 3-chome, Hongo-ku), and after the Kanto Dai**, it was moved to its current location. It has three faculties: the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Education, the Faculty of Science, and the Faculty of Life Sciences.

The Graduate School of Human Culture and Innovation consists of pre-doctoral and post-doctoral courses: Comparative Social and Cultural Studies, Human Development Science, Gender Difference Social Sciences, Life Sciences, and Science.
