Student Loan of Credit for Students
Financial institutions such as the China Development Bank (CDB) will issue student loans to eligible freshmen and students from ordinary colleges and universities whose families are in financial difficulty. This loan is handled in the county (city, district) where the student's household registration is located before enrollment, and the loan amount applied for by full-time undergraduate students (including second bachelor's degree, higher vocational students, and preparatory students) is not less than 1,000 yuan per year, and the maximum loan amount applied for by full-time graduate students is 16,000 yuan, which is mainly used to solve the problem of tuition and accommodation fees during the student's schooling. Kindergartens should withdraw 3%-5% of the school's business income to reduce fees, provide special hardship subsidies, etc.
Ordinary high schools should fully withdraw 5 percent of their business income to spend on tuition waivers and exemptions, on-campus scholarships and grants, and special hardship subsidies for students from economically disadvantaged families.
