Dear parents, dear children, hello everyone, welcome to today's Qinghui program, I am Zhong Qinghui from the Daliang Xinji Third Road Psychological Service Center in Shunde, Guangdong, a senior psychological service worker. Today we're going to talk about psychological defense mechanisms. Do you know? Sometimes, this psychological defense mechanism is a bit of a ghost and not easy to identify. Have you ever encountered it in your life?
For example, some teens may exhibit some abnormal behaviors, such as mood swings, irritability, anxiety, etc. These behaviors may be a projective identity within them, that is, they project their emotions and thoughts onto others.
In this case, we need a counsellor to follow up and help them better understand their emotions and thoughts and find healthier ways to cope with the problem.
Of course, not all situations need to be followed up by a counselor. If you feel that you are able to cope with these problems and it does not affect your daily life and work, then you can also choose to solve the problem on your own. However, if you feel that you are unable to cope with these problems, or if these problems have seriously affected your life and work, then I recommend that you seek professional help.
