Then rotate your wrists outward 180 degrees so that your fingertips are downward (Picture 52), then lean over and bend your hands together until your elbows are straight (Picture 53), looking at your fingertips without bending your knees. Then rotate the arms 90 degrees to the left so that the back of the right hand is facing outward (Fig. 54), the straight arms are raised with the body, and rotate 180 degrees to the right when passing through the chest intercourse movement so that the back of the left hand is facing up (Fig. 55), and the arms continue to move straight up to the top of the head, after a short pause, the hands are rotated 90 degrees to the left, and then the elbows are bent together in front of the chest through the head (Fig. 56).

Thoughts) When inhaling, the intention is to guard the Lao Gong acupoint, and when exhaling, the ten Yi acupoints (ten fingertips) emit external qi.
Note] When closing the palms of the hands, the palms should be slightly empty, so that only the base of the palms and the fingertips touch each other. When the twisting arm rotates, it should be easy-going and relaxed, and pull all joints to participate in the movement.
Function) external movement to the limbs, internal movement to luck. The lateral movement of the upper limbs dissipates stagnation, and the dampness and heat are cleared and reassured by the labor palace to create qi. Qi travels with the limbs, strengthens the functions of the human body, promotes the circulation of qi and blood, and maintains the overall prosperity of qi and blood**.
The third type is the dragon and the jade bundle.

The first time you inhale, you want to sink into the dantian, the first time you exhale and want the dantian qi to come out from the ten fingertips, the second time you inhale, you want to keep the Quchi acupoints at the joints of the elbows, and you want to gather the internal qi in the acupuncture points, and the second time you exhale, you want the internal qi to be released from the elbows and the soles of the feet. [Note] the posture should be correct, the muscles should be relaxed, the tension should be clear, and the unity and coordination of the breath and strength of the mind should be strictly mastered. The number of exercises in this style should not be too much, otherwise it will be detrimental to oneself if it consumes internal qi.
