Life is like a marathon, everyone runs on the track, some people run fast, some people run slowly, some people run far, and some people run close. But no matter what we're in, no matter how fast we run, we're going to have pain. Pain is a part of our lives, it makes us grow and makes us stronger. However, when we are suffering, we often choose to speak to others for compassion and comfort. But true maturity is not about telling others about pain, but about learning to bear and face it alone.

I used to be a person who loved to tell people about pain. Whenever I was struggling, I would find friends or family members to tell them about my pain and hope that they would give me comfort and support. However, I found that doing so did not make me feel better, but rather made me more miserable. Because I found that when I tell others about my pain, they tend to give me sympathy and comfort, but they don't really understand my pain, they can't help me solve it, they can only give me some empty comfort. This made me feel very disappointed and miserable.

I began to reflect, why am I doing this? I have found that the reason why I speak to others about my pain is because I want to be sympathetic and comforted by others, I want others to understand my pain, and I want others to help me solve my problems. However, I found this to be a wrong idea. Because everybody has their own life, everybody has their own pain, they are not obligated to understand my pain, they are not obligated to help me solve my problems. I should learn to bear and face pain alone, and I should learn to solve problems independently.

So, I started to change. Whenever I encounter pain, I no longer talk to others, but choose to bear and face it alone. I started to learn how to solve problems independently, I started to learn how to work from.

Growing in pain. I've found that doing so has made me more mature and stronger. I no longer need the sympathy and comfort of others, I no longer need the understanding and help of others. I can face the pain alone, and I can solve the problem alone.

I know that no one in this world can accompany me forever, no one can understand me forever, and no one can help me forever. I can only rely on myself, I can only rely on myself. I know that only I can solve my own problems, and only I can bear my own pain. I know that only I can make myself stronger, and only I can make myself more mature.

I know that not to speak to others for sympathy when you are suffering is a sign of maturity. I know that only I can solve my own problems, and only I can bear my own pain. I know that only I can make myself stronger, and only I can make myself more mature.
