Combustible gas alarm controller product certification and inspection requirements

Mondo Social Updated on 2024-02-24

The combustible gas alarm controller can receive the signal of the detection probe, display the measured value in real time, when the measured value reaches the set alarm value, the control host sends out a sound and light alarm, and outputs the control signal (switch contact output) at the same time, prompting the operator to take safety measures in time, or automatically start the pre-connected control equipment to ensure safe production.

Main features: (1) Multi-wire communication, receiving 8 groups of 4 20mA standard signal inputs, and providing 8 groups of relay outputs (programming linkage can be realized) at the same time

2) Real-time display of time or on-site gas concentration, which can detect multiple gas types (%lel, ppm, %vol) at the same time

3) "Black box" function, 50 times fault information and 50 times alarm information can be queried, and the power failure will not be lost.

4) Second-level alarm: early warning and first-level alarm can be set (5) Standard wall-mounted can be used for small system monitoring. Through cabinet assembly, up to 100 points of gas monitoring and output control can be realized.

6) RS485 bus interface (standard MODBUS protocol) can be selected to communicate with the host computer.
