Hong'an Emergency Rescue Support Center is the third batch of new social strata in Shanghai selected by the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, and is also a social emergency rescue force recognized by the Hongkou District Emergency Management Bureau. The 917 Rescue Team is composed of a group of volunteers who are caring, responsible, and have professional skills. They currently have 30 Dongfeng Mengshi 917 off-road vehicles, which can be converted into fire trucks, rescue and rescue vehicles, etc., to adapt to the complex terrain of all-weather, all-terrain and all-region, and carry out diversified tasks.
