1. The surface of some coated objects needs to be scraped putty, which must be scraped thinly, evenly and flatly, and there can be no putty dripping and splashing, no sagging, etc., and can only be polished after thorough drying.

2. When applying the bottom layer of the coupling agent, it should be thin and uniform, and the coating film should not have the disadvantages of exposed bottom, pinholes, coarse grains, orange peel, wrinkles and bubbles according to the requirements of technical regulations.

3. The surface of the coating coupling agent should be smooth and smooth, and there should be no visible mechanical impurities, orange peel, pinholes, bubbles, brush marks and uneven color tones.

4. The curing period or dryness of the PCCP die should be strictly controlled at each stage to ensure the quality of the outer anti-corrosion layer.

Winding process control

Check whether the input parameters of the wrapping machine are correct; Check whether the material specifications, the width of the winding yarn, the number of winding yarn clusters, the winding method, the winding angle, the winding length, the number of winding layers, and whether they are consistent with the input parameters; Check whether the thickness and width of the socket meet the requirements of dressing processing; Check whether there are phenomena such as overlapping, splitting, slipping, broken yarn, dry yarn, resin accumulation, poor glue and so on during the winding process; The appearance of the calendered part should be flat and free of defects such as bubbles.

Final quality inspection

After the winding process is completed, the FRP layer is fully cured, and a comprehensive test should be carried out according to the quality standards, including appearance, hardness, thickness, adhesion, surface state, gloss and other quality indicators. The appearance should include that the surface should be free of pollution, wrinkles, bubbles, cracks, pinholes and other drawbacks.
