In Deadly Games, the first door leads to the Snow Village, a place shrouded in an eerie atmosphere. Ling Jiushi accidentally stepped into this world, but thanks to Ruan Lanzhu's help, he escaped from the wolf's mouth. So, how exactly did they get through this door full of unknowns?
Obviously, Ruan Lanzhu is no stranger to this game, and he is well versed in the rules and taboos here. In the task given to the people by the village chief, they had to build a coffin within three days. So, the group went up the mountain to choose trees, however, in the process, people died one after another. First, the takeaway brother died mysteriously, then the trio holding the tree encountered an accident, then the two people who entered the temple alone to pray for blessings mysteriously disappeared, and finally, a man and a woman accidentally fell into the well. All of them died at the hands of the Rapunzel ghost, and the scene was horrific.
The causes of these people's deaths are all related to violating the taboo of Snow Village, and the proprietress plays a key role in it. She seems to have deliberately led these people to their deaths, in order to feed the female ghosts. Ling Jiushi and Ruan Lanzhu gradually discovered this secret through careful observation. They begin to follow the clues, and finally uncover the tragic past of the wolf plague that suffered Snow Village many years ago.
In order to escape the wolf plague, the villagers had to hide in wells. However, Xiao Jiu, the daughter of the village chief and the proprietress lost her beloved kaleidoscope during the escape. When she ventured back to find her, she was caught by wolves. Faced with his daughter's plea for help, the village chief made a painful choice between self-protection and saving people, and finally chose to watch Xiao Jiu being bitten to death by a wolf. Xiao Jiu's despair and resentment turned into a ghost, and she hid in the well, waiting for the person who violated the taboo to fall into the net.
Ling Jiushi used the female ghost's remaining consciousness to successfully untie her heart knot. In the end, Xiao Jiu was freed, and the female ghost in Snow Village also dissipated. At this point, everyone finally understood the meaning of those taboos: "One person does not enter the temple, two people do not look at the well, three people do not hug the tree, four people do not look back, and they do not rely on the fence alone." Behind these seemingly simple rules, there are profound lessons and endless horrors. Only by following these rules can you survive this deadly game.
