Law enforcement officers walked into the storage room and kitchen and carefully checked the shelf life and storage conditions of food on daily consumables such as oil and salt placed on the shelves. In the cafeteria of the nursing home, law enforcement officers checked the qualifications of the nursing institution's business license, staff health certificate, and various ledgers. In addition, law enforcement officers also conducted a rapid test on the disinfection of dining utensils, and the inspection results were normal.
Gao Ziwen, a first-level administrative law enforcement officer of the Baoshan District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, told reporters: In this inspection, law enforcement officers inspected the main qualifications of the canteen of the pension institution, the health certificate of the employees, the request for certificates, the processing and production and the retention of food samples, etc., and the cleaning and disinfection of the dining utensils were also quickly inspected on the spot, so as to effectively ensure the health and safety of the elderly group.
During the inspection, the law enforcement officers also urged the nursing home to strictly implement the food safety management system, operate in strict accordance with the requirements of the specifications, and ensure that the key links such as procurement, storage, processing, disinfection, and sample retention are safe and controllable. It is necessary to strengthen environmental sanitation management and cleaning and disinfection of dining utensils, and strictly prevent the occurrence of clustered food safety incidents.
At half past nine in the morning, three law enforcement team members from the District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau came to Shanghai Huayao Baoshan Experimental School to carry out a special action for spring campus food safety investigation and rectification. During the inspection, the law enforcement team conducted on-site inspections of the school canteen to find out the school feeding situation in a comprehensive way.
