3. Bidder qualification requirements:
1.Must have the People's Republic of China real estate appraisal agency record certificate.
2.Legal persons or other organizations that must have the corresponding business scope and the ability to independently bear civil liability;
3.This project does not accept consortium consultation;
4.Subcontracting is not allowed for this project;
5.It has not been included in the list of judgment defaulters, parties to major tax violation cases, and records of serious illegal and untrustworthy acts in procurement, in order to be listed in "Credit China".creditchina.gov.cn) and China** Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) credit records within three years prior to the date of consultation deadline shall prevail
6.The same person or different bidders with direct holding and management relationships shall not participate in the procurement activities under the same contract project.
