Details are as follows:
Foreigners who register from March 1 onwards and are not Thai passport holders are required to provide via email at least three days before the scheduled test dateProof of residence for 3 months or moreto take the IELTS paper-based test.
Failure to provide supporting documents on time will result in cancellation of your test booking, refund of your test fee, or the option to take the computer-delivered IELTS test.
Valid proof of residence is of the following types:

4. Miscellaneous.

01 Listening section (32mins).
