Can experts represent the people?

First, we reviewed the remarks made by several experts, including Ma Yinchu, Xu Xianchun, Zhao Yanjing, Huang Youguang, and Wang Badan. Everyone represents a different point of view and position.

Ma Yinchu, an expert in population economics, proposed the concept of family planning policy, which was officially implemented in 1982. However, over time, we have seen that this policy has brought many impacts to the post-80s and post-90s, such as loneliness faced by only children, employment problems, high housing prices, etc. Although Ma Yinchu's original intention was to control population growth, the result was to cause many social problems.

Then we hear Xu Xianchun's voice, which seems to imply that those who own RVs are not really in need. However, his remarks seem to ignore the current problems in areas such as education and health care, which make many young people afraid to marry and have children.

Zhao Yanjing, for her part, suggested penalties for young people who did not have children, which she may see as a means of encouraging childbearing. However, it is worth pondering whether this approach is really reasonable.

Huang Youguang put forward the idea of polyandry, which may seem too radical in today's society and do not conform to traditional beliefs.

Finally, Professor Wang mentioned the pollution caused by straw burning, which sparked a national discussion and eventually led to a ban on straw burning.

In the rhetoric of these experts, we see different views and proposals, but it is important to recognize that each person's point of view represents only an individual position and cannot simply be generalized to an entire group of people. For these problems, we need more discussion and deep thinking to find better solutions.
