Things that are far away are not far away at all. In 2019, I was reporting an event with a new colleague. When I did my homework and met with this colleague to discuss the story, she actually handed me a complete shooting script, including many of the "scenes" in which I appeared.

Stunned, my colleague encouraged me to face the camera: "It's okay, this is not a live broadcast, just start over if you can't shoot well." "With the mentality of giving it a try, I stood in front of the camera and started shooting. I still remember a media interview task on the front line of underground coal mine production, because it was a temporary arrangement, there were no other colleagues to shoot together, and the task was completed by me independently. For the first time, I changed from "participant" to "leader", which was quite a challenge for me. In that report, most of the interviews were conducted under the mines, in a new environment that I had not been exposed to before, which made me anxious before I even started to face the camera.

It is also a variety of "firsts" that have allowed me to continue to expand the field of financial reporting, from the very simple appearance at the beginning, to the current topic selection planning, copywriting, shooting and recording, post-editing, etc., I am also learning and practicing, and gradually got out of the state of being in a hurry when I first contacted the financial ** report. At the same time, the group's major reporting tasks have come one after another, and the form of financial reporting has become the standard configuration of various tasks. In fact, looking at my own transformation process, from the initial ignorance to the eloquent talk during the two sessions of the National People's Congress, I think the transformation of media integration has brought reporters a diversified transformation.
