Wonderful book review
Mr. Zhu's "Classic Conversations" is a "practical and simple introduction to vernacular literature" for some ancient books. Whoever knows what a book is, it tells you a ......Because of the guidance of this book, getting in touch with ancient books is like reading maps and geographical records in advance, although you have arrived in a new place, you can see the way.
Ye Shengtao. Mr. has always worked hard to carry forward, introduce, revise and promote the traditional culture of our country, although it is said that little by little, bottle by bowl, but it is simple and unexaggerated, extremely practical. In addition, a pair of diluted pen and ink can often dispose of the most cumbersome facts or the most complicated theories with extraordinary light and vividness, so that people can not only forget but also understand without difficulty after reading Mr. Wang's articles. This book of "Classic Sayings" is a definite proof of what I said.
Wu Xiaoru. I think Mr. Zhu's temperament is responsible for the style of his prose. When you talk to him or read his writings, you have the impression that he is sincere, modest, gentle, simple and not lacking in humor. For people, things and articles, he handled everything so fairly, properly and appropriately. He is as literate as his person, elegance comes from simplicity, humor comes from loyalty, and generosity comes out of plainness.

Wonderful book excerpts
The first thing to say is to explain the words.
According to legend, the Chinese script was created by the historian of the Yellow Emperor named Cangjie. This Cangjie is said to have four eyes, and he saw the marks of the hooves of animals and the claws of birds on the ground, and his inspiration came to his heart, so he made words. The role of words is so great, so wonderful, that it is really a sacred work to make words. But words can enhance people's abilities, and they can also enhance people's cunning. Cangjie leaked the secret of heaven, but he taught people badly. So when he made words, "the sky rains, and the ghosts cry at night". When people have words, they will become smarter, and they will strive to be businessmen who make easy money, and there will be fewer people who work hard to farm. The heavens were afraid that people would not have enough to eat, so they rained rice to save them in an emergency. The ghosts are also afraid that these clever people will use words to control them, so they cry at night"Huainanzi Benjing Training" and high lure notes.
Words originally had the effect of witchcraft. However, the legend of Cangjie was only at the end of the Warring States Period, and people did not believe it at that time, such as the "Yi Ji Ci" only said that the text was created by "later saints". There is not only one "posterity-generation saint", but many people. We know that words are constantly evolving; It is impossible to say that it is the creation of one person. The words of the "Dictionaries" are naturally much more reasonable.
