Vilion focuses on system integration technology innovation. The self-developed battery cluster active parallel connection technology (AIP) combines the analysis of a large number of scene application data for innovative optimization, and adjusts the terminal voltage of the battery cluster in real time through the battery cluster series AIP control unit, so as to actively control the current of the battery cluster without relying on PCS. The application of this technology not only effectively suppresses the safety hazards caused by multi-cluster parallel circulation, but also increases the capacity availability rate of battery clusters to 100%.Compared with the current string (one PCS unit per battery cluster) scheme, the cost of the power part is reduced by about 10%.Compared with the distributed (battery cluster series DCDC scheme, and then merged to connect to the DC side of PCS) scheme, its efficiency is increased by about 3%, and the cost is reduced by about 008~0.1 Yuan w;In addition, AIP technology can also make it easier to expand the capacity of battery clusters without expanding the capacity of the AC side.
