In the ever-changing nature of Chinese cuisine, I found its infinite charm. From the aromatic pancakes to the spicy hot pot with dancing taste buds, from the mellow stew to the refreshing salad, each dish seems to tell a story. I was so inspired that I decided to use my paintbrush to depict the charm of this food.

Using the traditional Chinese brushwork, the color, aroma, taste and shape of the food are integrated into each stroke. I carefully mix the colors of each dish, from the shade of ink to the color matching, I strive for perfection. It tries to express the visual beauty of food through color. At the same time, attention is also paid to the use of lines, and through delicate brushstrokes, the shape and texture of food are depicted.

In the process of creation, I deeply appreciate the unique charm of traditional Chinese brushwork. The variety of brushstrokes can express the rich layers and three-dimensionality of food. For example, when painting coleslaw, use light brushstrokes to express the freshness and crunch of the vegetables.

At the same time, I also felt the challenge of creating. How to perfectly integrate the color, aroma, taste and shape of food into the picture is a very challenging task.

However, it is this challenge that sparks my passion for creation. Drawing "food" with the brushwork of traditional Chinese painting not only made me appreciate the charm of food, but also made me experience the joy of creation. In the future, I will continue to explore and innovate to depict more delicious Chinese food with my brush.
