This is the first case of labor dispute mediation by the Shilin County Federation of Trade Unions using the "trade union + arbitration" model, relying on the professional convenience of the trade union close to the grassroots workers and good at mass work, combined with the professional and authoritative resource advantages of the human resources and social security in the handling of labor dispute cases, the convenience of "mediation" and the authority and standardization of "litigation" are combined, so as to minimize confrontational disputes, not only do not hurt the feelings of both parties, but also reduce the cost of workers' rights protection, and improve the quality and efficiency of mediation of labor dispute cases.
