The barbers who participated in the event were all winners of the Kunming Hairdressing Competition in recent years, store managers of major hairdressing institutions in Kunming, and barbers above the director level. Last year, more than 10 voluntary haircuts of various types were carried out, serving more than 500 employees and the masses.

On February 4, the heads of the Kunming Finance and Trade Union, the Third Center of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and the Kunming Dianlian Beauty Salon and Cosmetics Industry Association listed the "Finance and Trade Love Charity Scissors Service Station" at the Municipal Cultural Palace Staff Station, which also kicked off the 2024 activity of "Kunming Finance and Trade Union Service Employees Entering the Grassroots Voluntary Haircut". On the same day, at the employee welfare festival carried out by the provincial, municipal and district ** trade unions, 21 employees and citizens were given voluntary haircuts.

The Finance & Trade Charity Scissors Service Station will carry out charity scissors activities on the last Friday of every month in 2024 to serve employees wholeheartedly.
