3. Dustproof: The permeable sealing hardening material reacts chemically with the silicate in the concrete to form a dust-free and dense whole on the surface of the concrete, which permanently controls the precipitation of concrete dust from the surface voids.
4. Anti-slip: In general concrete floors, saline-alkali components will precipitate from the surface, resulting in slippage. However, this is not the case with a penetrating seal-hardening material, which forms a strong, dense whole on the surface of the concrete, and the saline components do not leach out of the surface.
5. Compressive strength: The compressive strength of the treated sample is 25% stronger than that of the untreated sample, and the flexural strength is also improved.
6. Impermeability: The permeable sealing hardening material can effectively penetrate into the concrete, and have a chemical reaction with it, lock the pores inside, and have a permanent sealing effect on the concrete surface, which can effectively inhibit water, oil and other surface dirt from entering the concrete.
7. Anti-weathering: ultraviolet rays and water spray have no adverse effect on the treated samples, which can effectively prevent the passage of chloride ions, and the test shows that the treated ground effect will not be affected by exposure to electromagnetic or water mist.
8. Corrosion resistance: After the ground is treated with permeable sealing hardening materials, the corrosion resistance of concrete will be greatly improved.
9. Brightness: The concrete floor treated by permeable sealing hardening material will have a marble-like luster, and the longer it is used, the better the gloss.
10. Environmental protection: The permeable sealing hardening material is a concrete sealing, dustproof, wear-resistant hardener, colorless, odorless, non-toxic, non-combustible, which can make the concrete strong and dust-proof.
Construction process: base surface treatment:
Thoroughly polish the ground with a 50 300 mesh grinding disc until it feels smooth, and use a vacuum cleaner or other tools to thoroughly sweep the ground dust so that the ground pores can fully absorb the material;
Spraying material: Apply 1 3 SPR568 A (1:1 with water) according to the base surface until there is crystallization on the surface. Let it penetrate naturally for 30 to 60 minutes, then rinse the floor with clean water and clean the surface crystals with a floor scrubber;
Preliminary polishing: After curing (3-6h) and waiting for the ground to dry thoroughly, polish it with 500-800 mesh grinding discs for 1-2 times;
Spraying material: Use a sprayer to evenly coat SPR568 on the ground, let it react for about 10 30 minutes, then rinse the ground with clean water, and use a floor scrubber to clean the surface crystallization.
Fine polishing: fine grinding with 1000-3000 mesh grinding disc until the surface reaches the smoothness requirements; If the brightness requirements are extremely high, SPR568 M (or SPR568L) can be sprayed with a sprayer, let it react with the ground for 10 30 minutes and then polish it with a resin grinding disc to avoid excessive polishing; If waxing is required, apply the selected floor wax to the floor surface without over-applying. After about 1 3 hours of drying, polish with a polishing pad to achieve the required brightness and avoid excessive polishing.
