At the Tranquility Farm in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province, a tragedy has made the railing of the stone bridge a pain in people's hearts. Two young children inadvertently touched the guardrail of the stone bridge due to their playfulness, never thinking that this small action would lead to irreversible consequences.
Surveillance footage captured the heartbreaking scene: two children were standing on the guardrail, shaking as much as they could, when suddenly, the guardrail collapsed and the child was instantly buried under the rocks. Subsequently, the girl tragically passed away, and the boy's life hung by a thread. The victims' families angrily questioned the farms and scenic spots for passing the buck.
And behind this tragedy, we can't help but ask: who is responsible? Is it the naughtiness of children? Or is it a tofu slag project? Or is it negligence on the part of parents and administrators?
Some people accuse the child of being too naughty, but the child just plays according to nature, and the real problem is the unsturdy stone bridge. Some people also believe that the stone bridge railings bonded with marble glue are themselves a safety hazard, and the lack of warning signs is even more imperceptible. As guardians of children, parents also have unshirkable responsibilities.
Now, the families of the victims have decided to take legal action and hold them accountable. We cannot allow the tragedy to happen again, and we must investigate deeply and clarify who is responsible.
