Returning to his hometown was initially the decision of his mother, Shi Libo.
Shi Libo is a well-known female talent in Xujie Town, who has worked hard in Zhejiang Zhili for 18 years, opened a garment factory, and has become a "big boss" in the eyes of his hometown.
In 2013, in order to stimulate the vitality of rural areas and promote industrial development, Guangde City urged talented people to return to their hometowns and start businesses. "Young and middle-aged people go out to work, and large areas of farmland are abandoned, which is really distressing. That year, she returned to her hometown and transferred 1,017 acres of paddy fields, planted rice, and ran a family farm.
In the past ten years, from more than 1,000 acres to tens of thousands of acres, Shi Libo has established the Limin Farmland and Water Conservancy Professional Cooperative in Xujie Town, built the town's first grain drying center with a daily output of 120 tons, registered the trademark of "Xuanmi", and implemented order-based planting.
Going out for young adults also brings a social problem: the elderly stay at home, and providing for the elderly has become a problem. I want to go to a nursing home, but I can't find a nursing home close to home. ”
Shi Libo "picked up" the problem. In 2018, she renovated the idle building of the rebuilt cooperative and built the town's first socialized elderly care institution. In that year, the first phase of 52 beds was full. In 2021, the 56 beds in the second phase were fully occupied as soon as they were completed. Many left-behind, orphaned, disabled and semi-disabled elderly people have a second "home" here.
When Shi Libo returned to his hometown to start a business, Zhu Siyao had just studied in college. In the past ten years, she joined the army, completed her undergraduate studies after being discharged from the army, and was admitted to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine to study for a master's degree, but she felt sorry for her mother's hard work, and she had to go home to help every winter and summer vacation.
At the end of 2022, she saw a "post-90s" nursing home in Ya'an, Sichuan Province on the Internet, and had the idea of returning to her hometown. In 2023, Guangde City plans to promote the construction of the Guangde Pilot Zone, an ecological green health care base in the Yangtze River Delta (Anhui), which has opened a new horizon for Zhu Siyao.
Guangde has beautiful mountains and clear waters, more than one million acres of bamboo sea, and a forest coverage rate of nearly 60, which is definitely a health resort. Elderly care is a part of the health care industry, which is needed by the society and has broad prospects. 28-year-old Zhu Siyao is determined to return to his hometown to "enter the game", "start a 'new way' from pension to health care, and then promote the health care industry to boost rural revitalization".

Unlike his daughter, who "values industrial prospects", Shi Libo's support comes from the all-round consideration of the provinces, cities, especially Guangde City, in recent years in industrial upgrading, kinetic energy conversion, urban construction, rural revitalization, and Huimin heating enterprises.
Shi Libo is a representative of the provincial and municipal people's congresses, attended the two sessions of Guangde City, and cherished the city's development strategy in recent years: "Guangde is at the junction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, and is the 'vanguard' of Anhui's eastward development, and it is also an indispensable part of the Yangtze River Delta industrial chain.
