4.Since taking up your current position, you have met 2 of the following conditions in your work experience:

3.Outstanding work or business performance, as the person in charge of organizing and carrying out human resources planning, allocation, development, evaluation, incentives, organizational development and other work, in promoting employment, serving talents, building harmonious labor relations and other aspects of obvious economic and social benefits.
4.Since taking up your current position, you have met 2 of the following conditions in your work experience:
1) Serve as the person in charge of the human resource service enterprise or the main business backbone, lead and support the enterprise to standardize and operate in good faith, make more outstanding economic contributions, achieve more significant social benefits, actively promote employment and optimize the allocation of talent development, and be in a leading and leading position in the industry or region;
