The "three-engine model" of new organizational change is the earliest organizational change tool we developed, including matrix structure, integrated business management mode and dual management foundation, the reason why it is called "engine" is because enterprises can first through the changes in these three areas, pull other areas to change, and the changes in these three areas are relatively easy, enterprises not only have considerable autonomy, but also have relatively mature content. The "three-engine model" can effectively build a new organizational framework for the transformation of enterprises, and carry out organizational changes within this framework without deviating from the direction.

Since 2017, we have promoted the research results through training, at the beginning, many enterprises did not understand the integration relationship between the "three engines", but only looked at the changes in these three areas in a separate way, as China's economic environment continued to deteriorate, these enterprises found that as long as they carry out organizational change, they are inseparable from these three engines, and no matter which field they start from, they will eventually return to these three engines. On the other hand, it can be said that if there are no change activities in these three areas, it will be difficult for traditional companies to make substantial changes.

In 2019, we contacted a company, at that time, some of the ideas of the boss of this company were similar to the new organizational change concept we proposed, which was rare at that time, so there was also room for cooperation, after several rounds of training, we began to ** how to continue to promote follow-up changes, our proposal is to build a "three-engine model", so as to start systematic organizational change, but after research, it was found that the company's management system is relatively backward, There is even a lack of some traditional organizations necessary management systems, so when building the "three-engine model", we must first improve these management mechanisms, because the new organizational change we propose is based on "evolution", "evolution" is not to negate the "tradition", but to form a more advanced and advanced management system on the "tradition", without these basic management systems, it is impossible to carry out effective "integration", but the customer thinks that the time is ripe to build a new organization, and it can start immediately. Due to disagreements on this point, the 2019 collaboration did not go smoothly.

Until this year, we had an in-depth exchange, and participated in the company's front-line staff meeting, we found that after several years of efforts, the company's management system has been significantly improved, although there are "integration" conditions, but the problems faced are more obvious, we must establish a "three-engine model" as soon as possible to solve the impact of the current market, and many of the ideas and expectations put forward by front-line employees are inseparable from the conditions created by the "three-engine model", our party It has also become the only solution to customer problems.

Although our solution was proposed as early as 2015 and a lot of effort was put into publicity, it was limited by the environment at the time and could not be understood by more enterprises. When the market environment is getting worse and worse, enterprises are more and more accepting of these research results, which shows that the power of reality far exceeds our efforts, which we have deeply experienced, but also feel that the time has been consumed over the years.

In 2023, we will have more contact with the automotive industry and find that many car companies, including enterprises on the first chain, have to start a new round of organizational change in order to further enhance their competitiveness, and their change measures have not left the content involved in the "three-engine model", which is an effective measure to improve the competitiveness of enterprises at this stage, which is why we have been emphasizing that the "three-engine model" is the only way for enterprises to transform. Time is the best validator of these research results.
