Qin Yuan named Tu Zuo (1781-1828), is the Qing Dynasty Qianlong - Daoguang Shi people, the word Meng Zhao, the number Qin Yuan, the late number of the old man of the garden. Sixty capitals of Ziyan Township, Zhuji Township, Zhejiang Province (now Qinwu Village, Diankou Town, Zhuji City), living in Qiantang (now Hangzhou), a native of Qiantang. In the thirteenth year of Jiaqing (1808), he was a jinshi. Yizheng County, Jiangsu, served for five years, removed salt, cleared up doubtful cases, persuaded the people to plant mulberry and raise silkworms, developed the textile industry, and improved people's livelihood. In the first year of Daoguang (1821), he was promoted to the prefect of Jiujiang, and later resigned due to illness. This seal has accompanied him all his life, always warning himself that he must be worthy of the country, the people, his parents and relatives, and be a person with a clear conscience. History has confirmed that he did so and fulfilled his promise. This is a Qing official of the Qing Dynasty who deserves people's respect.

This seal is carved from black and white stones, the seal button is a white goose carved from a piece of white and flawless frozen stone, and the seal body is a pool of clear water carved from an oval cylindrical black stone, constituting a beautiful scene of white hair floating green water. Maybe it's a symbol of Tu Zuo's innocence.
A part of the middle of this black stone is white and translucent, which should be a frozen stone. (Figure 4).
Tu Zuo can poetry, can paint, there are "is Cheng Tang Poetry Anthology" and many landscape paintings, flower and bird paintings handed down, is a person with both ability and political integrity.
