1. Grassroots treatment.

2. Preparation and batching.
2.1. Stone chips (or medium and coarse sand) and pigments are respectively passed through the window screen screen, and when the stone chips are large particles, they should be passed through the 3mm screen first, and then bagged and stored separately for later use.
2.2. When batching, it should be strictly according to its mix ratio, and a special person should be responsible for mastering it.
3. Surface layer construction.
3.1. The construction of the spraying surface layer should conform to:
A mixing mortar: first mix the cement and stone chips (or sand) according to 1:2 (volume ratio) dry mix evenly, and then mix it evenly with an aqueous solution mixed with adhesive to make its consistency value reach 110mm, and mix cement in the mortar with a weight of 03% wood calcium powder, mixed evenly repeatedly, and the color should be prepared according to the sample. b. According to the position of the original reserved lattice strip, re-bury the lattice strip. c. It is required that the spraying color is consistent, the particles are uniform, the slurry is not released, the thickness is consistent, and the total thickness is controlled at 3 4mm.
2) Wave-like spraying: generally three times to live, the first time the base can change color, the coating should not be too thick, such as the wall base is uneven, the sprayed coating can be rubbed flat with a wooden trowel and then re-sprayed; spray the second time until the bottom slurry is covered and does not flow; The third spray is sprayed to the surface layer of slurry, the surface is wavy, the mortar is full, does not fall, the color is consistent, and the total thickness is 3 4mm.
3) Flower spot spraying: After the surface layer of corrugated spraying is dry, add a flower spot according to the design requirements to increase the texture of the surface layer.
4. Striping, repairing, and hooking: After spraying, the lattice strip will be taken out in time, and the seam will be cleaned and hooked according to the design requirements.
5. Spray silicone: mix 500g of silicone with 4500g of water, spray silicone water-repellent agent after spraying for 24 hours at room temperature, and spray it evenly and not flowing.
3.2. The construction of the roller coating surface layer shall comply with the following provisions:
aMaterial mixing: Roller coating mortar adopts 1:1 cement mortar and is mixed with a certain amount of adhesive. The specific method is: the sand through the screen screen, and the cement according to the volume ratio of 1:1, dry mix evenly, and then mixed with an aqueous solution mixed with adhesive evenly, the consistency to pull the hair does not flow, does not fall is appropriate, the mixed mortar should be used after the vibrating screen.
b. According to the position of the original reserved grid strip, re-glue the grid strip.
c. Roller coating: The dryness and humidity of the base should be mastered during roller coating, and the amount of watering should not flow during roller coating. 3.3. The construction of the elastic coating surface layer shall comply with the following regulations: a with a base color paste: ordinary cement: water = 100:90 (mass ratio), mixed with an appropriate amount of adhesive, and the pigment is the same board; or white cement: water = 100:80, mixed with an appropriate amount of adhesive, the same pigment board. B color point slurry: cement: water = 100:40 (mass ratio), mixed with an appropriate amount of adhesive, pigment is the same board. According to the above mix ratio, mix the pigment and adhesive well, add water and pour it into the cement, and mix it into a thin slurry. c. Glue the lattice strip according to the design requirements. Second, quality standards
1. Main control project.
1.1. The variety, specification and color of spray (rolling, elastic) coating materials should meet the design requirements.
1.2. The bond between each plastering layer, between the plastering layer and the substrate should be firm, and there should be no defects such as falling off, hollowing and cracks.
1.3. The color and pattern of spray (rolling, springing) painting should meet the design requirements. The surface layer and the base layer should be firmly bonded, and should not leak spray (rolling, springing), peeling, alkali and rust.
2 General items.
2.1. The surface of the spray (rolling, springing) coating should be consistent in color, uniform in pattern and color point size, no joints, no bottoming and falling.
2.2. The setting of the lattice strip (seam) should meet the design requirements, the width and depth should be uniform, and the lattice strip (seam) should be smooth and smooth, the edges and corners should be neat, horizontal and vertical, and smooth.
2.3. The drip line (groove) should be made for the part with drainage requirements, the drip line (groove) should be neat and straight, the drip line should be high inside and low outside, and the depth and width of the drip groove should not be less than 10mm.

Three, finished product protection
1. After the spraying (rolling, springing) is completed, the mouth and corner should be protected with a wooden board in time to prevent collision damage.
2. When dismantling the shelf, strictly prevent damage to the wall coating.
3. When painting paint, it is strictly forbidden to step on the parts that have been constructed, and prevent the paint from polluting the wall.
4. Exits such as balconies and rain covers should be buried with hard plastic pipes, and iron pipes should not be used to avoid rust and affect the texture of the surface layer.
Fourth, the quality of the project
1. The ratio measurement should be accurate, and the feeding and mixing should be uniform; The thickness of the coating should be consistent; Double rows should be erected to operate scaffolding to avoid uneven color.
2. When plastering the bottom ash, it should be divided into grids to avoid cracking of the spray (rolling, springing) coating surface layer.
3. The plastering base should be controlled and accepted according to the general plastering quality standards, so as to improve the texture of the spray (rolling, elastic) coating layer.
4. Spray (rolling, springing) coating layer joints should be applied to the lattice strip and should not be thrown in the block.
5. The ingredients should be anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging, anti-light pigments. During construction, the amount of water added should be controlled, and water should not be added at will in the middle to prevent discoloration and affect the texture.
5. Safe construction
1. Scaffolding or hanging basket can only be used after passing the safety acceptance. Drums should not be stacked on scaffolding.
2. Cross operations should be avoided on the same vertical plane, and effective measures should be taken to prevent objects from falling when cross operations are necessary.
3. Operators should wear protective glasses.
Sixth, green environmental protection
1. Scaffolding erection, demolition, handling, repair noise control: it must be handled gently, and there are people up and down, left and right; The project department must set up a steel pipe repair room at the boundary of the construction site. When repairing, it is forbidden to hit with a sledgehammer; When cutting the steel pipe, brush the oil on the saw blade in time, and the saw blade should not be sent too fast.
2. A sedimentation tank should be built to discharge the sewage produced by stirring mortar into the sedimentation tank, and then carry out sedimentation treatment.
3. Strictly control the outer packaging of the purchase, and refuse to enter the bulk or powdery materials that are not tightly packaged. In the secondary handling of cement and other powdery materials after entering the site, it is necessary to prevent damage to the outer packaging of cement and other powdery materials caused by manificiality.
4. Attention should be paid to the construction time to prevent the noise of the mortar mixer from disturbing the people. The cement warehouse should be covered in a timely manner, and the dust-prone construction site should be sprinkled with water to ensure that the dust emission on site meets the standard.
