Starting from Lhasa, all the way to the southeast, through the vast mountains, on the way to the southern foot of the Himalayas, the bustling and lively city has gradually become a sparsely populated border pass. Deep into the deepest part of the folds of the mountains, there is the Chulu wrong outpost of a certain regiment of the ** Military Region.
Chulu Co., Tibetan means beautiful lake, where the scenery is beautiful, full of the mystery of the plateau.
Not long ago, I went to the outpost with members of the regimental theoretical propaganda team. As the car drove into the mountain road, the mountains covered in silver were like snow waves swept up by the wind, winding and undulating as far as the eye could see.
After driving for about 3 hours, the car drove to the front of the outpost, and a stone more than 3 meters high was engraved with the three big characters of "Chu Lu Cuo". The outpost houses are new-style slab houses, quietly towering over the top of the hill.
After the preaching, the sentry commander told me mysteriously, "Let's eat hot pot in the evening." ”
What the? Can you eat hot pot? ”
I came to this post many years ago. At that time, the outpost had just been established, there was no permanent electricity, no Internet, and the only road to connect with the outside world was a simple sand and gravel road, the natural environment was harsh, the training and living conditions of officers and men were difficult, and the transportation of materials was also very difficult. As far back as I can remember, it's hard to eat fresh vegetables, let alone a hot pot with plenty of ingredients.
In response to my question, the sentry commander smiled and said, "This place has changed a lot!" Now you can eat not only hot pot, but also cakes and barbecue. The problem of weak network signal has also been solved, we have built a small underground greenhouse, purchased water purification equipment, and now the outpost has an abundance of food every day. ”
At dinner time, the soldiers set up ** pots, and dishes such as beef, hairy tripe, and fresh vegetables were full. My warriors and I sat around the fire, red oil churning at the bottom of the pot, a fiery and enticing smell waving through the room.
Sitting next to me was Xu Lin, a "post-00s" warrior, who looked childish, but he was very good at taking care of people. Talking about the feeling of being a soldier at the outpost, he said that at first he was a little lost, and more importantly, lonely. But the optimistic and positive attitude of the class leaders influenced me and changed me. A section of a branch and a piece of dead wood have been patiently polished and carefully carved by them, and then they become wood carvings and glow with new vitality. "I just want to train hard now, try to get on patrol as soon as possible, and paint the boundary pillars with my own hands. Xu Lin's voice was very soft, but it deeply shocked me.
The soldiers I was talking to around the fireplace had a blush on their faces and a smile on their faces, wrinkles at the corners of their eyes that did not match their age.
In recent years, the outpost has undergone earth-shaking changes: it has been connected to electricity and the Internet, and officers and soldiers can use their mobile phones to learn about the outside world; The postal express walked into the mountains, and the packages from Tiannan and Haibei rushed to the outpost with warmth; With the construction of the cultural and sports activity room, the smiles on the faces of the officers and men became more and more ......
At this time, the air on the plateau was ice, but the warmth spread inside the outpost. A thick layer of ice flowers formed on the window, which complemented the laughter of the comrades-in-arms.
Before leaving, the soldiers stood in front of the stone engraved with "Chu Lu Cuo" and gave me a military salute ...... with their heads held highLooking at their innocent smiles, my eyes reddened.
In a flash, it's the New Year again. Whenever I eat hot pot, my mind will involuntarily return to the outpost, thinking of that delicious hot pot banquet and lovely comrades-in-arms.
