Domestic garbage and hazardous waste are incinerated after pretreatment, and the incineration device uses a new dry cement kiln existing in Basu Conch Cement Co., Ltd. Among them, the municipal solid waste dosing point - the belt is transported to the kiln tail decomposition furnace, the waste engine oil and waste lubricating oil and other hazardous waste dosing points are sprayed into the kiln tail decomposition furnace, and the small package medical waste dosing point - kiln tail smoke room.

Waste gas pollutants to be taken treatment measures: After the waste enters the cement kiln, the organic matter is completely decomposed, and the incineration residue is all solidified in the cement clinker. The waste gas from the incineration process enters the cement kiln waste gas treatment system together with the waste gas from the cement clinker firing. The cement kiln tail exhaust gas treatment system is the largest dust emission source due to the large amount of exhaust gas and high dust concentration, and the "low nitrogen burner + staged combustion + SNCR + bag dust collector" is adopted to control the emission of dust and nitrogen oxides, and the dust concentration of the exhaust gas after dust collection treatment is less than 10mg m3.

Proposed treatment measures for wastewater pollutants: The main sewage of the project is generated from domestic waste disposal. Garbage collection and transportation use closed equipment to prevent sewage escape, and the amount of garbage and sewage generated by the garbage transfer station is very small. Because organic matter is its main ingredient and has the characteristic of not being heat-resistant, using this characteristic, a closed pump is used to spray sewage into the cement kiln for evaporative oxidation treatment to completely decompose the organic components and achieve harmlessness. In order to avoid the sewage generated in the process of garbage pretreatment and storage from seeping into the ground and polluting the groundwater body, the ground of the garbage pretreatment workshop is treated with anti-seepage.

In addition to the sewage in the garbage pit, most of the rest of the drainage is circulating water system drainage, mainly cooling water, except for the increase in water temperature and turbidity, there is no other pollution and harmful chemical components, all into the production wastewater treatment station in the plant area for treatment, the treatment process is "regulating tank + anoxic biochemical tank + aerobic biochemical tank + sedimentation tank + disinfection tank", the design treatment capacity is 700m d, and the production wastewater is all reused for production, road dust reduction and plant greening after treatment, and is not discharged.

The domestic wastewater is discharged into the domestic sewage treatment station in the plant area for treatment, and the treatment process is "regulating tank + air flotation device + anoxic tank + aerobic tank + sedimentation tank + secondary sedimentation tank + filtration + intermediate pool + filtration + clear water tank", with a design treatment capacity of 240m d. After treatment, all domestic sewage is reused for dust reduction and greening in the plant area, and is not discharged.

Noise control: The project selects low-noise equipment, adopts basic shock absorption, noise reduction and sound insulation measures, and reduces the impact of noise on the sound environment at the plant boundary after distance attenuation, and the plant boundary can meet the Class 2 standards in the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises" (GB12348-2008).
