Xu Qin, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, congratulated the convening of the annual meeting of the Yabuli Forum, and expressed his gratitude to the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and guests from all walks of life for their strong support for the revitalization and development of Longjiang over the years. He said that at present, the whole province is fully implementing the spirit of the important instructions of the important speech made by the general secretary during his inspection of our province, resolutely shouldering the political responsibility of maintaining the country's "five major security", accelerating the construction of a new development pattern, and solidly promoting high-quality development and sustainable revitalization. Since the beginning of winter last year, Harbin and the province's ice and snow tourism has been hot "out of the circle", which is the vivid practice of the important concept of "ice and snow is also a gold and silver mountain" of the general secretary in Longjiang, and is a landmark achievement of carrying forward the spirit of the Beijing Winter Olympics and developing the ice and snow economy, and vividly showing the new situation and new atmosphere of Longjiang's revitalization and development. We look forward to strengthening cooperation with entrepreneurs in leading the comprehensive revitalization of the industry with scientific and technological innovation, jointly promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries, developing strategic emerging industries, and accelerating the formation of new quality productivity. Strengthen cooperation in the development of modern agriculture, deepen the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, intensive processing of agricultural products, and the construction of agricultural industrial chains and industrial clusters.
