At a time when tensions continue to be in the Middle East, China, Russia, and Iran have made a "small move".
According to the Global Times on February 7, Iranian Navy Commander Shahram Irani recently announced that Iran, Russia and China will hold joint naval exercises before the end of March and will invite other countries to participate. It is reported that this is the fourth joint maritime exercise in which the three countries have participated since 2019.
The reason why it is said to be a "small action" is that the joint exercise of China, Russia and Iran has been normalized, and it is an annual routine exercise that has been arranged for a long time. This kind of exercise is completely different from the exercises conducted by the United States from time to time against third countries, and is a normal military cooperation between the three countries, which is not aimed at a third party and has nothing to do with the current regional and international situation.
However, in the eyes of US and Western hegemonists, they are constantly bombing and indiscriminately bombing "disobedient" countries to safeguard "world peace," while normal joint military exercises carried out by other countries are "threatening world peace." The West has forcibly combined the normalized military cooperation between China, Russia and Iran with the current tense situation in the Middle East, hyping up the "support" of China and Russia for Iran.
I have to say that the imagination of the West is really rich, and everything can be pulled to the geopolitical situation. Judging from the malicious speculation of the United States and the West, they are typical thieves shouting to catch thieves, and their minds are full of Cold War mentality, believing that non-Western countries, like the United States and its allies, regularly hold offensive joint military exercises against other countries to achieve the goal of deterring other countries.
Some people may say that if Iran does not announce the news of joint naval exercises at a time of tension in the Middle East, then it will not give the United States and the West a reason for hype. But is that really the case? Judging from the experience of the United States and Western countries in containing and suppressing non-Western countries over the years, no matter which country refuses to succumb to the hegemony of the United States and Western countries, they will spare no effort to target these countries, regard them as "imaginary enemies" in military exercises, and even brazenly launch wars of aggression. The consequence of thinking too well of the United States and Western countries is that they will be pressed step by step until there is no way out of the corner.
The United States and Japan are currently conducting the "Sharp Blade" joint exercise, and what is extremely bad is that the theme of this joint exercise is a so-called "emergency" in the Taiwan Strait, and real maps are also used in the exercise, directly marking China as an imaginary enemy. Although Japan has made clarifications under China's stern warning, the provocative psychology of the United States and Japan in this way to deter China and undermine the regional peace and stability environment has been clearly exposed. Under such circumstances, if they do not resolutely demonstrate their will and ability to safeguard their national interests, the United States and Western countries will only gain an inch and become more brazen in interfering in China's internal affairs on the Taiwan issue and undermining China's core rights and interests.
Of course, China has the strength to "block the water and cover the ground when the army comes" and is not afraid of the direct military intervention of the United States and Japan in a possible conflict in the Taiwan Strait, but it is not China's style to blindly respond passively. The joint military exercises between China and Russia and Iran are not only a training operation for our military to perform its functions and missions in the Middle East, but also a countermeasure to the US strategic deterrence of China in the Taiwan Strait.
The soldiers are coming, the water is coming to cover the earth, who is afraid of who?
For the United States, Taiwan is not where its core interests lie, but the Middle East is. At a time when the United States is racking its brains to direct the flames of war to China's periphery, on the one hand, we are actively preparing for war in the Taiwan Strait to deal with military intervention by foreign forces, and on the other hand, we must dare to stab the "stick" directly at the "lifegate" of the United States and carry out a strategic shift of leaping thousands of miles into the Dabie Mountains.
The biggest change is the change that is about to take place in the United States, and anyone with a discerning eye can see it clearly. This will be another major reshuffle in the international world after World War II and the Cold War, and a new pattern of interest distribution is brewing. Countries all over the world are bending and moving for this change, and I believe that we Chinese will have the last laugh.
This is because we have a strong historical consciousness that has been continuous for thousands of years, which enables the Chinese nation to make the right choice every time it reaches a critical turning point in history. More importantly, after decades of dormancy and recuperation in New China, we already have the strength and confidence to soar into the sky. We are fully prepared for this historic opportunity.
