1. Blueberry oat mousse introduction.

1.Ingredients: 250 grams of blueberries, 100 grams of instant oatmeal, 50 grams of caster sugar, 3 eggs, 50 grams of whipping cream.

Notes:1When sautéing oatmeal, sauté slowly over low heat to avoid burning.

2.When whipping whipped cream, be careful not to beat the sugar into the cream, which will affect the taste.

3.The refrigeration time of the mousse paste should be sufficient, otherwise the mousse will not be dense enough.

4.The decoration can be chosen according to personal preference or can be decorated with other materials such as chocolate sauce.
