About the Artist
Ding Yuxun, male, nicknamed Moxiang, born in 1966, is a native of Dongying City, Shandong Province. Beijing Humanities University (majoring in literature), is currently a member of the Dongying Calligraphy Association, the deputy secretary-general of the Dongying Wulao Painting and Calligraphy Institute and the Bayi Painting and Calligraphy Institute, a member of the Dongying Veteran Cadres Calligraphy and Painting Association, a member of the Dongying Peasant Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, and a member of the Dongying Economic Development Zone Art Association. He is a researcher of the Yellow River Estuary Wetland Painting School in China, and the deputy director of the Danqing Pavilion Painting and Calligraphy Museum.
Born in a scholarly family. Since childhood, he has been enlightened and educated by his parents, and loves calligraphy and painting. In recent years, he has studied hard and practiced hard, and he has visited ancient famous posts. He has always taken the promotion of traditional culture as his responsibility, and regarded the study and creation of calligraphy as a part of his life. He is good at cursive, and Chinese painting of flowers and birds, and gradually forms his own style.
He has participated in many provincial and municipal painting and calligraphy exhibitions and has been selected and awarded, and some of his works have been collected by enterprises, units, and individuals, and have been recognized as the artists with the most development potential by the collection industry. In recent years, he has actively participated in charity sales held by the city, district and community, and has written Spring Festival couplets for community residents for ten consecutive years, and is the messenger of public welfare activities in the community.
