The gym for exercising is on holiday, and I will take this to make a small summary.
The original intention of going to the gym to exercise was to sit in front of the computer every day, and my body was really uncomfortable, and it was time to have to move.
A search on the map, there is one a few hundred meters away from home, and it is a weekend, so I decided to go and see it directly.
When it comes to fitness, distance directly determines the number of times I want to exercise, which is more important than the amount of equipment in the gym.
This is my second time in the gym.
The first time was when I was working in Beijing a few years ago.
At that time, the gym was in the community, so it was not bad to stick to it.
I didn't understand anything, and I only used a treadmill when I arrived, but during that time, I found that I also lost ten pounds.
The second time I went to the gym, I still wanted to use only the treadmill, because I still didn't understand anything else.
The next day, the sister of the customer service manager said that she had arranged a trial class for me.
I don't know what it is, but I'll experience it anyway.
In fact, this can be regarded as a way to drain traffic.
Listening to the coach at the time, who is now taking me, talked a lot about fitness, I also thought it made sense, so I bought a few classes.
That's when I started my strength training.
Later, I slowly added a stretch, Pilates.
In general, there are more strength training classes.
From the beginning of Xiaobai to the current Zhongbai (haha I didn't find the right word), little by little progress, I feel very happy.
Two days ago, I went to class, and I told the coach that I was a fitness novice.
The coach said, you are not a novice now, you can improve your strength, you are now improving.
First of all, physically, the strength must have increased.
Secondly, I learned a lot of fitness-related knowledge in my mind.
Oh yes, and the weight.
Uh....Basically unchanged, the first two months of the welfare period lost five pounds, and then it was basically stable.
The most fundamental reason is that I can't keep my mouth shut and I don't do a good job in terms of diet.
After all, going from the worst to the best requires constant adjustment.
But there are still changes, one is to basically quit snacks, drinks (I used to only love to drink fruit oranges, but now I don't drink anymore), and I fell in love with drinking pure milk.
I've never drunk pure milk before, I've always thought ha? That pure milk has no taste at all, how can you drink it.
On the contrary, the yogurt is a little unbearable now.
Eating is more about the ingredient list and ingredients.
There is also the lack of overeating.
Traditional Chinese medicine also has a saying that you are full when you eat.
If you eat too much, the pressure on your spleen and stomach will increase, and you need to drive your vitality to consume.
I used to eat one meal and never save it for the next one.
For example, sometimes one dish is left and one bite is lost, and two or three bites of rice are left.
Eat, I can't eat it.
Don't eat it, pour it out and waste it.
As for me, the usual approach is, "Oh, that's all there is left, just eat it." ”
There is also a lot of chewing on meals.
My stretching teacher said to chew at least twenty times in one bite.
God knows, how fast I usually eat.
It's basically over in about fifteen minutes, and more often it's left.
I tried to chew 20 times at noon today, and although I chewed 20 times without a mouthful, it was pretty much the same.
Looks like I can do it too.
Eat well and sleep well.
A simple eight words seems to be a luxury for us in the current social environment.
Everything is fast, fast, immediate, and efficient, but we don't pay attention to our own body.
I didn't do a very good job of sleeping myself.
It is usually after the early hours of the morning before going to bed.
In the past two days, I have listened to some lectures on the Yellow Emperor's internal classics, and our yin and yang five elements correspond to the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys of the human body.
It also talks about junk food.
The food itself is not garbage, it is the wrong way of cooking it that makes it garbage.
For example, chicken is a hair and can only be stewed but not fried.
But looking at the fast food nowadays, all kinds of food stalls, it's not easy to eat fried chicken.
We use our bodies every day, but we don't really know about it.
I hope that after the training after the Chinese New Year, I can achieve a balanced diet and keep my body clean.
Also, the number of training sessions should be stable.
I was confident that I would come and practice so often because I was so close to home.
But it turns out that being able to go there fifteen times a month is pretty good.
Because in addition to the monthly holidays, I also go to the theater from time to time to watch a show, and I want to take a break on the weekend.
In February, there was a gap of nearly a month.
But for the New Year, what a festive and joyful day, it shouldn't matter if you indulge a little haha.
Remembering that I went to class two days ago, the coach quipped, don't come back in the New Year to gain ten pounds.
I also followed his words, and as soon as I entered the door, the front desk didn't know me anymore, and asked if I wanted to get a card.
Haha!
Although the Chinese New Year is good, you can't overeat (tell yourself).
We'll see you again at the gym next year.
