It is already common for domestic mobile phone manufacturers to cooperate with Dolby Laboratories to create models that support Dolby Atmos or Dolby Vision, but for Transsion, which focuses on cost-effectiveness in overseas markets, this is a relatively new history. Recently, Transsion Tecno said that it has reached a cooperation with Dolby Laboratories to launch models that support Dolby Atmos.

According to Transsion's official statement, this time they will bring a new Pova 6 series models at MWC 2024, of which the Pova 6 Pro 5G is its first device to support Dolby Atmos, which will bring a better and more realistic surround sound quality experience.

At present, there have been some leaks about the Pova 6 series circulating on the Internet, such as this series will include Pova 6 Neo, Pova 6 and Pova 6 Pro 5G models, combined with the name, it should be inferred that only the Pro version can support 5G. However, there may be some discrepancies in the naming convention of the Neo models, after all, the naming convention of the previous Pova series Neo models is the number last, such as the Pova Neo 3, and this generation of Neo may also be named Pova Neo 4.

For reference, the previous generation of the Pova 5 Pro is equipped with the Dimensity 6080 mobile chip, and the performance of the new generation is likely to be higher.
