But later I learned that these so-called people who do research are nothing more than looking for a few more articles and piecing together a few more results. Most of them arrange and combine other people's opinions and quote them into their own articles, but in fact, they don't have any innovation of their own.
As I grew older, I found more and more that the so-called big guy I admired when I was a child was nothing more than this after meeting and contacting. Most of them have very mediocre views, no original opinions, and some of them are even small-bellied. What's more, there are many of them who are not badly behaved.
Later, I joined the work and started a business, and I also heard the stories of many tall entrepreneurs, and found that many of their stories were adulterated.
Once 10 years ago, it was really an era when you could raise money with PPT. I found that many successful people at that time, the post-70s and post-80s at that time really caught up with that good era. But then I thought that if these people were asked to do something like this again, there was a high probability that it would not succeed. Because this is the dividend of the times! The times are rolling forward, and a large number of mediocre people can always be thrown away.
There is a saying that money earned by luck is lost by strength in the end. This sentence has really been verified countless times in life.
Later I came to the conclusion that the pattern is that most people are much more watery than you think. Even those organizational teams that you think are very sophisticated, once you enter it, you will find that it is full of loopholes, like a group of people in the grass stage team coming together. Some of them go their own way, and some of them are fighting each other, fighting for power and profit, tending to be red and black, not at all like the way you used to look up to him. It's just that when outsiders don't understand, they look tall from the outside.
So what is the reason for this?
Because, what seems to be tall and tall, in fact, is operated by people. As long as it is operated by people, there is a great deal of uncertainty. People are not machines, not the kind that can run stably when you input a program and turn on electricity. People have all kinds of emotions and six desires, all kinds of scheming, all kinds of small ninety-nine, and people will be tired, sleepy and annoyed. The larger the team, the more uncertainty is likely to occur.

There are really very few people who really break from the head of the cow to the foot. It's because there are so few of them, so ordinary people don't even have the chance to encounter them. I have read some biographies and read some acquaintances, such as the Rothschild family's meritorious figures with two bombs and one star, and so on, these real cattle people, we ordinary people can't meet. Even if we encounter it, because of our own vision and strength, we often can't distinguish the true strength hidden by others.
Not only are there few people who break cows, but most of them are very low-key, and you can't distinguish them at all when you walk among ordinary people. On the contrary, those high-profile people and those who focus on the spotlight are not necessarily real bull figures, most of them are just recipients of the dividends of the times.
Therefore, I have concluded that there is a point in the truth, that is, you should never envy the success of others. Because many people's success is given by a unique era, let alone compare it with people of different generations and different eras, such comparisons are even more meaningless. All you have to do is be better than those who started at the same time, better than your peers, and your competitors around you.
Taking a step back, there is no need to compare with the people around you, you just need to make some progress than yourself, some understanding, and some improvement is very good.
It is undeniable that many of the people we come into contact with in our lives have unique skills. So what should each of us do? That is to work hard to learn a skill, such as doing a job that you love to do, and being a person with the spirit of craftsmanship. And try to do it for the long term and do it well.
