The "Yellow Handrail Project" was launched in Foping County in October 2023. Since the start of the project, the Shaanxi Helping the Elderly Social Work Development Center, with the strong support and coordination of Alibaba's rural revitalization commissioner in Foping County and the Foping County Civil Affairs Bureau, has collected basic information from more than 100 households of elderly people in distress in 11 villages (communities) in 4 townships (streets) in Foping County. After a detailed survey of the needs of the elderly, the system entry of the information of 90 elderly households has been completed after the review of the project team of the Yellow Handrail Project - Silver Age Housing Project.
