1. Funding standards and quantities

Those who have received funding from the state-owned assets plan (including A, B, C) must apply for postdoctoral scientific research performance evaluation and assessment funding before leaving the station (generally from 18 months to the expiration of the funding period), and the Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee and the China Postdoctoral Science Association will give a one-time funding on the basis of merit. The funding standard for postdoctoral research performance evaluation is divided into three levels: A, B, and C, with the funding standard for grade A being 100,000 yuan per person, the funding standard for grade B being 60,000 yuan per person, and the funding standard for grade C being 40,000 yuan per person. The number of grants is determined according to the annual budget.
Organization of work

3. Relevant requirements
(a).
Applicants are requested to carefully read the application conditions and relevant requirements of the Boxin Plan (State-owned Assets Plan A) and State-owned Assets Plan B and C, and determine the specific projects to be declared. If the applicant meets the application conditions of the Boxin Plan (State-owned Assets Plan A) and the State-owned Assets Plan B and C at the same time, it can be declared at the same time. At the same time, the applicant must first log in to the Boxin Plan (State-owned Assets Plan A) declaration system to select the specific project to be declared, complete the Boxin Plan (State-owned Assets Plan A file) declaration, and then jump to the State-owned Assets Plan B and C file declaration system according to the prompts to complete the B and C file declaration (after jumping, only need to modify and upload part of the declaration content of B and C files, and there is no need to repeat the declaration).

Applicants can only apply for the state-owned assets plan (A, B, C) once during the postdoctoral research period, and postdoctoral researchers with on-the-job status are not allowed to apply. The selected personnel must be engaged in postdoctoral research full-time in the postdoctoral station, and must transfer the personnel relationship (including personnel, salary relationship and personnel files) to the postdoctoral station. If the selected personnel of the state-owned assets plan do not submit the application materials for the postdoctoral scientific research performance evaluation and assessment funding, they shall not go through the exit procedures.
(c).
The funding of the state-owned assets plan (A, B, C) will be allocated to the station unit in two installments by the China Postdoctoral Science Association, and the first phase will be allocated in the year when the funding notice is issued, and the second phase will be allocated in the following year. The subsidy period starts from the actual pit stop time of the selected personnel. The postdoctoral research performance evaluation and assessment funding will be allocated to the station unit on which the funded personnel are based, and the station unit will be allocated to the funded personnel (including those who have left the station) in a lump sum. The scientific research funding funds for China's postdoctoral science supporting the Boxin Program (State-owned Assets Program A) will be allocated to the station unit by the China Postdoctoral Science Association in a lump sum.
(iv).
The unit setting up the station shall separately manage the daily funds allocated by the state and use the special funds, and strictly implement the relevant fund management measures to ensure that the salary level of the selected personnel is not lower than the funding standard of the state-owned assets plan. China's postdoctoral scientific research funding funds shall be disbursed in accordance with the scope of use stipulated in the "Regulations on China's Postdoctoral Scientific Funding". If the selected personnel leave the station (or leave the station) early for less than 24 months or other reasons, the remaining funding funds must be returned to the Chinese Postdoctoral Science Society.

The Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee and the China Postdoctoral Science Association will carry out a comprehensive evaluation of postdoctoral research every three years, and the implementation of the state-owned assets plan policy of the station unit, the use of daily funds for postdoctoral research, and the evaluation and funding of postdoctoral scientific research performance evaluation will be included in the comprehensive evaluation of postdoctoral fellows.
All localities, relevant departments and postdoctoral units are requested to do a good job in publicity in accordance with the requirements of the notice, widely mobilize qualified personnel to declare, coordinate the formulation of supporting measures, and strengthen the management and service of selected personnel.
