Why do you want to do a low-altitude economy? It is related to the situation of the country. The country's traditional troika, exports, consumption, and infrastructure, I am not an economist, so I will not evaluate exports and consumption. The old three types of infrastructure are "iron public foundations", mostly railways, highways, airports, ports, water conservancy facilities and other construction projects, and now they have reached a height, and there is no way to increase the position. Therefore, we are now starting to build new infrastructure, including the well-known new energy charging piles, 5G, 6G, etc. New things bring new ways out, and there is a large market to be developed at low altitude, so the country has always attached great importance to low altitude.

In recent years, the UAV technology and industry with Shenzhen as the core have developed rapidly in China, but after the UAV was put on the market, it also brought the problem of control and control, the lack of effective monitoring and management methods, the phenomenon of black flight and the security threat to sensitive targets such as civil aviation, nuclear facilities, and military have occurred from time to time. How to prevent drones is basically no good means now, for example, on the battlefield of Russia and Ukraine, everyone sees the power of drones, but how to prevent drones is currently a world problem.

Therefore, from the perspective of security, the country has been reluctant to open low altitudes, which is also related to the country's geographical environment, our country's land area is 9.6 million square kilometers, but the border line is 5520,000 kilometers, with a total length of more than 22,000 kilometers of land borders, and borders with 14 countries. Weihai is only more than 90 nautical miles away from South Korea, more than 300 nautical miles from Shanghai to Japan's Kyushu Island, and only more than 80 nautical miles from the mainland and Taiwan. The safety pressure of low-altitude air defense is huge, so the state has been strictly controlling the opening of low-altitude airspace. In turn, you will say why the United States can open up, since the beginning of the last century, the United States has spent nearly 100 years developing general aviation, and the United States now has more than 20,000 airports, of which more than 10,000 are private airports. The east and west of the United States are the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean, and there are no people for thousands of miles, and Canada is its friendly ally to the north, and South America is to the south, which are 12 small countries, and there is no threat, so you can do it with confidence.

Low-altitude opening is an unavoidable problem, and a solution must be found. The low-altitude digital network was born in this context, and this network is referred to as the low-altitude intelligent network. Below 3,000 meters in low-altitude airspace, the intelligent digital network system built by integrating networking, digitalization and intelligent technology in different regions has three functions of service, communication and monitoring, and is a new low-altitude infrastructure.

It is equivalent to building a highway in the air, and Director Shi Jingmin also said that we want to build a pipe corridor, which is like a ground traffic light, which can monitor whether it is a legal aircraft flying in the pipe gallery to prevent "black flight".

What technical foundation is needed to build a low-altitude intelligent network? First, establish a low-altitude target perception network, so that we can know which aircraft are flying at low altitude, whether they are legal, whether they have been reported, and what is the purpose of the flight? At the same time, we need to track and collect evidence from the aircraft, and if it is illegal, we must drive it away and control it.

Second, build a low-altitude communication and navigation integrated ubiquitous network that integrates communication and navigation. The team of academician Deng Zhongliang of BUPT conducts research in this area, and their research center has a team of more than 200 people. Now the "Beidou" has been built relatively well, but what to do when it comes to the interior? They have developed a seamless solution, which is the "5G + Beidou" scheme. The 4G 5G 6G base station is upgraded to a dual-purpose base station for communication and positioning without occupying frequency band resources, so as to achieve seamless high-precision positioning indoors and outdoors, so that micro and small aircraft can also have the function of real-time positioning.

Third, build a city-level low-altitude control digital base that organically integrates and coordinates all kinds of heterogeneous data. Rongdingyue is for UAV detection, a single sensor can not be competent for the perception and identification of low-altitude targets, and various sensors need signal-level interaction to better complete the collaborative detection work. The distributed detection units in each area of the city also need to exchange information with each other in real time in order to give full play to the advantages of distributed network detection. For this direction, we have a very complete solution, which can achieve a delay of less than 10 milliseconds.

Fourth, a comprehensive management and control platform for low-altitude flight services built on a digital base. This management and control platform is to provide a series of services, provide the meteorological data required for the flight, the flight route data, and also declare these management work.

The following are some of the technologies and main products that our company has accumulated in this area.

The first is the low-altitude target detection radar, which can detect micro-small UAVs within 15 kilometers (RCS=0.).01m2) and large UAVs or small and medium-sized general aviation aircraft (RCS=2m2) within 40 km, which can be distributed and networked to automatically identify target attributes.

The second is the Internet of Things data bee box, which integrates various communication protocols, data compression and encryption algorithms, communication acceleration and other functions in a micro embedded system, and transmits the data of various equipment on the site to the urban low-altitude control digital base in real time in an end-to-end manner. Our traditional architecture is through the Internet, layer after layer of system, and finally transmit information to the monitoring center, its delay is very large, and it is impossible to do signal-level sharing.

The third is our cooperation with Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications on the wide area wireless network high-precision indoor and outdoor positioning and navigation fusion technology, this technology is very practical, we are in the process of productization, in the future to promote to the aircraft, can communicate and positioning. For micro UAVs that cannot be equipped with ADS-B, you can use this device to actively report positions.

Fourth, the efficient digital base - Hongding Internet of Things Data Factory, our Internet of Things Data Factory, is a very efficient data base with very powerful functions, the specialty is to eliminate all kinds of data chimneys and data islands. There are many such large-scale projects, the first and second phases are relatively good, and the suppliers are more cooperative, but in the third phase, if you look for other people, the first business in the early stage is not very willing to participate, and Party A is very distressed if a lot of data is not collected. The digital base can do a direct link to the sensor data through the IoT data bee box introduced earlier. In addition, the data can be quickly and automatically cleaned and organized.
