1 Tender conditions.
The tenderer for the curtain wall project of the comprehensive building of Sunshine City No. 3 Courtyard is Zhengzhou Dingsheng Real Estate, and the capital contribution ratio is 100%, the project has met the bidding conditions, and the curtain wall project of the comprehensive building of Sunshine City No. 3 Courtyard is now open for bidding.
2. Project overview and bidding scope.

2.2. Project Name: Curtain Wall Project of Comprehensive Building of Sunshine City No. 3 Courtyard;
2.3. Scope of bidding: all the contents included in the construction drawings of the curtain wall project of the comprehensive building of Sunshine City No. 3 Courtyard, that is, including the procurement, production, transportation and installation of the materials used in the project, testing (excluding the four properties of the curtain wall) until the final project acceptance. For details, please refer to the drawings and bills of quantities;
2.4. Project location: Shangzhuang Sunshine City, Guancheng Hui District, Zhengzhou City;
2.5. Duration: 60 calendar days;
2.6. Quality requirements: meet the requirements of the current national norms and standards, and meet the qualified standards of the national quality inspection;
2.7. Warranty period: two years from the date of acceptance of the completion of the project.
2.8. Bid division: one bid.
3 Eligibility Requirements.
3.1. The bidder must be registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China and have independent legal personality, and have a valid legal person business license, and have the corresponding construction capacity in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc.;
3.2. The bidder must have the qualification of general contracting of construction projects issued by the national construction administrative department or the qualification of professional contracting of building curtain wall engineering at level 3 or above, and have a valid safety production license;
3.3. The project manager to be assigned by the bidder must have the professional qualification of a registered construction engineer of grade 2 or above in construction engineering and a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not undertake the project manager of other construction projects during the bidding and construction period, and the project manager shall sign a formal labor contract with the bidder and pay social security;
3.4. Financial requirements: The bidder must provide the financial audit report audited by an accounting firm or audit institution in 2022 (if the enterprise has been established for less than one year, provide the credit certificate issued by the basic opening bank);
3.5. Performance requirements: The bidder must complete at least one similar project performance since January 1, 2020 (similar project performance refers to the performance of curtain wall projects with a single contract amount of more than 1.5 million yuan, subject to the time when the contract is signed);
3.6 Credibility Requirements:
1) The bidder must provide a written commitment that the enterprise is not in a state of being ordered to suspend business, the property is frozen, taken over, or bankrupt (the format is self-drafted), and if the bidder is found to have fraudulent behavior, all the consequences shall be borne by the bidder;
2) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with a holding and management relationship, and shall not participate in the bidding of the project at the same time, and the legal representative shall be two or more legal persons of the same person, and the parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary and its holding company shall not participate in the bidding of the project at the same time [provide relevant materials for inquiry and printing in the "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" and affix the official seal (including the company's basic information, shareholder information and equity change information)];
3) The bidder shall pass the "Credit China" **wwwcreditchina.gov.CN), China's ** procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) and other channels to inquire about enterprise credit records, and bidders who are included in the list of dishonest judgment defaulters, untrustworthy entities with major tax violations, and ** procurement records of serious illegal and untrustworthy behaviors shall not participate in this bidding. 4 Qualification Method.

5.Bidding registration.
5.1. Those who intend to participate in the bidding, please register from February 01, 2024 to February 06, 2024 (except statutory holidays and public holidays), from 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 14:30 p.m. to 17:30 p.m. (Beijing time, the same below).

6.Acquisition of tender documents.

7.Submission of tender documents.
7.1. The deadline and place for submission of bidding documents are detailed in the bidding documents;
