roemheld j7.202 series pneumatic slewing grips
Pneumatic slewing grips are used in applications where only low clamping forces are required. A magnetic piston is installed to monitor the clamping and release positions.
Description. When pressurizing the element, the clamping arm swings and lowers 90° to the clamping position and then to the clamping point.
Position monitoring provides the required information about the position of the piston, but not about the position of the clamping arm.
It is monitored by an electronic sensor that detects the magnetic field of the magnetic piston. The switching point can be continuously adjusted by the displacement of the magnetic sensor.
Material. The rotary clamp has a corrosion-resistant quality. The guide bushing, housing, piston and flange are all made of hard-coated aluminum.
The piston rod is made of corrosion-resistant steel.
Fixed and connected.
For fixation, the body is provided with longitudinal holes and transverse holes. Air** can be achieved by connecting threads or drilled channels on the bottom or wide side.
