As a result, he also realized that the common people lacked knowledge of counterfeit drugs, and it was necessary to identify fake and fake propaganda, so he came up with the idea of compiling a manual for identifying fake drugs.
Wu Bo and his colleagues started from the more than 70 cases of counterfeit drugs investigated, collected more than 170 kinds of counterfeit drugs issued by the food and drug administration, visited more than 30 medical outpatient institutions, and organized the compilation of the province's first "Counterfeit Drug Manual", which taught the masses to identify counterfeits and understand the dangers of counterfeit drugs from the aspects of appearance identification and identification methods.
The Counterfeit Drug Handbook is sought after by the public, which not only improves the ability of the people to identify counterfeit drugs, but also lays the foundation for the public security organs to collect clues about counterfeit drugs. Enthusiastic citizens also fed back more than 10 clues about fake drugs to the Food and Drug Environmental Investigation Detachment of the Weifang Public Security Bureau.
In order to allow the masses to improve their ability to identify and defend fakes faster, better and more intuitively, Wu Bo also proposed to upgrade the "Counterfeit Drug Handbook" to a digital version to drive more people to participate in the form of live broadcast.

At that time, the "water pig" incident was reported many times across the country, and the criminals' methods of committing crimes were extremely hidden, and it was extremely difficult to find them by conventional testing. Some criminals even openly declared, "Even if we fill the pig with water, you can't do anything about it!" This made Wu Bo and his colleagues hold a "fire" in their hearts, determined to gnaw this "hard bone"!
Soon, Wu Bo received a clue about a water-injected pig gang. Through reconnaissance, it was found that the gang was very cautious, not only set up "open posts and secret posts," but also very careful in the disposal of criminal tools; the factory gate was closed during the day and brightly lit at night, and every two or three hours, a tricycle loaded with garbage drove out.
In order to fix the evidence, Wu Bo and his colleagues squatted day and night, followed the tricycle to the garbage dump, and found a "crime tool" suspected of containing banned drug residues in the stinking garbage heap. After many tests and identifications, the prohibited drug ingredients were successfully detected from the water-injected pork.
