Over the past year, I've been exercising and reading, and I'm inspired by the incredible changes. After a year of training, I no longer have the weak body I used to be, but have a strong and powerful body. After a year of studying, I changed my temperament, and I radiated a kind of maturity and self-confidence from the inside to the outside.

Exercise has given me a huge shift in my body. Exercising every day has not only improved my posture, but also strengthened my physical strength and endurance. I drew wisdom and the power of thinking from the book to make myself smarter and more insightful.
