In 2005, a 35-episode anti-Japanese TV series called "Railway Guerrillas" became popular on the screen, and the audience's evaluation of this drama was unanimously high! The heroic railway guerrilla fighters in the play, especially their captain Liu Hong, have won the love of the audience.
Through the play, we learned that there was once such an anti-Japanese team that picked up the railway and climbed the train, and many people were full of curiosity about the prototype of Captain Liu Hong. In fact, there were two captains of the railway guerrillas, the first was a hero named Hong Zhenhai, and the second was Liu Jinshan.
In order to pay tribute to these two heroes, the original work took one word from each of their names and synthesized "Liu Hong" as a way to express respect for the heroes.
Railway Guerrilla is a TV series depicting the period of the Anti-Japanese War, in which the Japanese invaders depicted are extremely cunning and the conditions of our army are extremely difficult. However, in reality, the difficulties faced by the railway guerrillas are far more severe than those shown in the play.
In the fight against the devil, the two captains danced on the tip of the knife countless times and wrestled with the devil. So, what are the most dangerous stories they have experienced? How did they become the devil's henchmen?
And after the founding of the People's Republic of China, what was the ending of these two archetypal characters? Next, we will take an in-depth look at Hong Zhenhai's military career. Hong Zhenhai was born in 1910 in Tengzhou, Zaozhuang, his family was quite poor, his father Hong Jiashan was a carpenter, and the family had 12 children, and life was extremely difficult.
Under his father's arrangement, Hong Zhenhai had to leave his hometown and family and be raised by relatives by five brothers. The youngest of them, Hong Zhenhai, was assigned to the eldest sister's house, while his eldest brother-in-law was a coal miner who was responsible for pushing the excavated coal onto the train.
In order not to be a burden to his sister, Hong Zhenhai followed his brother-in-law and began to work in the coal mine to help subsidize the family.
When he was young, Hong Zhenhai was very curious about trains and often played on them, and his co-workers jokingly called him "Scud". Although he came from a working-class family, his sister's education allowed him to learn to read and write, and he developed a strong interest in advanced ideas.
In 1929, at the age of 19, Hong Zhenhai became a miner at the Zhongxing Coal Mining Company. Workers are an important force in the unity of our party, and workers will propagate Marxism and Communist Party theory at the construction site.
Hong Zhenhai was a young and promising miner, he was deeply influenced by the party comrade Wang Fugen, and believed that he had greater development potential, so he invited him to join the Lunan People's Anti-Japanese Volunteer Army.
At that time, although Japan had not yet invaded China in full force, its greedy wolf ambitions were already evident, and they cooperated with local companies to dig up China's coal mines for their own military use.
In order to protect the country's resources, Hong Zhenhai and his comrades-in-arms destroyed railroad tracks, smuggled coal mines, and stripped train sheets. Hong Zhenhai was athletic and could often climb to the roof of the car easily, making a lot of contributions to the War of Resistance Against Japan.
Coal miner Hong Zhenhai used the identity of a miner as a cover to successfully approach the important place of the government and obtain information. His outstanding performance was recognized by the organization, and he was promoted to the head of the Xiaochenzhuang Intelligence Station.
After being promoted, he did not become complacent, but made amazing achievements soon after. Late one night in August 1939, Hong Zhenhai disguised himself as a cleaner and successfully infiltrated Zaozhuang's spy intelligence station, which gathered a large number of spies and was the key target of his operation.
Hong Zhenhai bravely broke into the enemy camp, and under the cover of the night, he waged a fierce struggle with the enemy in the compound, successfully knocked down and wounded a number of spies, and also captured two firearms.
His actions unnoticed caused the enemy to panic and inflict heavy damage on the secret service. Hong Zhenhai's heroic performance once again won high praise from the organization. He not only dared to take risks alone, but was also good at doing ideological work, and successfully persuaded the Xiaochenzhuang Intelligence Station to grow to a scale of 100 people and become an important force.
It turned out that the formation of the image of Hong Zhenhai's oil painting was related to the railway guerrillas. In the face of an increase in the number of personnel and guns at the intelligence station, the higher authorities decided to integrate these forces and form a railway guerrilla detachment.
The Railway Guerrillas were established on January 25, 1940, and the Sulu Detachment of the Eighth Route Army decided to establish the Lunan Railway Brigade (i.e., the Railway Guerrillas), and Hong Zhenhai was appointed as the captain.
In May of the same year, the Sulu Detachment of the Eighth Route Army decided to merge several railway guerrillas operating in Zaozhuang and Lincheng areas into the Lunan Railway Guerrilla Brigade, and Hong Zhenhai continued to serve as the captain.
Since then, Hong Zhenhai has often led his team to fight against the Japanese. Japan has a number of railways in the Lunan area, which transport coal, munitions and other resources to the front line, which has caused great trouble to the squadron.
Railway guerrilla members Hong Zhenhai and Liu Jinshan were a pair of tacit partners, who jointly skimmed the railway tracks, stole arms and materials, and made outstanding contributions to the War of Resistance Against Japan.
In a battle, Hong Zhenhai found a train transporting cloth and clothes that was about to go to the front line, and in order to sabotage the devil's plan, he and his comrades dragged an abandoned train car overnight and placed it on the road that must be passed, successfully stopping the enemy's transportation plan.
When the train reached this section at high speed, the train driver spotted the broken carriages on the tracks and immediately braked in a panic. However, due to the speed of the train, the train instantly rushed off the track and overturned on its side, resulting in the death of more than 30 little devils on the spot!
This not only prevented the delivery of a large amount of cloth to the front, but was successfully intercepted by our comrades. In November 1940, the Japanese army set off from Zaozhuang with a batch of munitions and materials.
When Hong Zhenhai got the information, he immediately led the team members to ambush on the way, waiting for the arrival of the Japanese army.
During those difficult times, the railway guerrillas faced an existential threat. However, the fighters were not afraid of a strong enemy, and with perseverance and superior resourcefulness, they defeated the Japanese blockade and sweep again and again.
They climbed the train, stole the devil's valuables, and made the devil's materials inexplicably stolen again and again. However, the Japanese did not give up because of this, and they began to carry out a sweep of Zaozhuang, Lincheng and other areas, vowing to eliminate the railway guerrillas.
In the face of many difficulties, the railway guerrillas did not give in, and they used their wisdom and courage to thwart the enemy's plots again and again.
In the face of the special forces of the Japanese, Hong Zhenhai of the railway guerrillas did not flinch, but immediately developed a detailed ambush plan. When this Japanese unit stepped into our encirclement, Hong Zhenhai decisively gave the order, causing the enemy to suffer heavy losses.
After this victory, Hong Zhenhai took advantage of the situation to pursue and capture Weishan Island, which was a glorious moment in his life. Our army invested the strength of two brigades, successfully annihilated more than 200 Japanese puppet troops on Weishan Island, captured 4 machine guns and more than 200 long guns, which can be described as a complete victory!
The liberation of Weishan Island was of great significance to the railway guerrillas, and since then, Weishan Lake has become their strategic base. With the advantage of the lake, we can effectively resist the blockade of the devils and let the Japanese army taste the bitterness.
In November 1941, the Japanese decided to use the elite troops in Lincheng, more than 1,000 devils, all of them, plus traitors to lead the way, to besiege Huangbuzhuang Village, the location of the railway guerrillas.
Fortunately, Hong Zhenhai was holding a meeting in this village that day, and after hearing the news, he immediately led everyone to break through in the dark.
Under the iron bucket formation of the devils, the railway guerrillas led by Hong Zhenhai are about to break through successfully. However, a little devil spotted Hong Zhenhai and shot him in the chest.
Although Hong Zhenhai managed to escape under the cover of his comrades, he left us forever at the age of 32 due to excessive blood loss. Before he died, he held Liu Jinshan's hand tightly and handed over the heavy responsibility of the railway guerrillas to him.
Liu Jinshan thus became the second captain and shouldered the heavy responsibility of continuing to fight.
Liu Jinshan, a young man who worked in a mine, had a similar experience to Mr. Hong. His parents were miners, and he had taken him to live in the mine since he was a child, so he developed a good ability to travel freely on the railway.
After Hong Zhenhai's sacrifice, Liu Jinshan learned from the pain, believing that the smooth progress of this operation was inseparable from the traitors, and it was the traitors' treacherous behavior that brought great difficulties to our actions.
He is determined to avenge Hong Zhenhai and make more miraculous achievements.
The first thing Liu Jinshan did after taking office was to skillfully deal with the two traitor leaders in Zaozhuang. He decided not to use force, but to resort to a strategy of outwitting. These two traitors, the captain's name is Liu Chuancheng, and the deputy captain's surname is Li, and the relationship between the two is extremely poor, and their hearts are not harmonious.
Vice Captain Li and Liu Jinshan are fellow countrymen, and Liu Jinshan decided to use this to sow discord and let them kill each other. Liu Jinshan first went to see Deputy Captain Li with a generous gift and congratulated him, because he had broken the guerrillas and made great contributions.
Vice Captain Li didn't know Liu Jinshan's true identity and accepted the congratulatory gift defenselessly. Liu Jinshan took this opportunity and began to gradually sow discord, and finally succeeded in making Liu Chuancheng and Vice Captain Li suspicious of each other and killing each other.
Liu Jinshan came up with a bold plan to get rid of Vice Captain Li and let himself take over the position of captain. He believes that Vice Captain Li's ability is no worse than Liu Chuancheng, or even stronger, and should not be suppressed by him.
He revealed that Vice Captain Li often stumbled him behind his back, and he was very dissatisfied with this. He suggested that by killing Vice Captain Li, he could be promoted, and he could also promote Liu Jinshan.
He planned to let off wind and intercept Vice Captain Li when he attended the celebration banquet to ensure that he could not escape.
Liu Jinshan, Deputy Captain Li, invited Liu Chuancheng to a banquet a few days later, but in fact"Hongmen Banquet"。Liu Chuancheng knew that Deputy Captain Li was dissatisfied with him, so he took his cronies and godson, and all of them went to the meeting place.
On that day, Liu Jinshan was outside to watch the changes, and soon heard gunshots coming from inside the house. It turned out that after Liu Chuancheng entered the house, Deputy Captain Li immediately shot him, but Liu Chuancheng's godson also fought back and successfully killed Vice Captain Li.
Liu Jinshan had a clever plan to defeat the enemy with one move, and successfully killed the two spy captains in Zaozhuang, and the rest of the spies were terrified, and the spy team has been in a slump since then. In 1941, the Japanese officer Gao Gang was sent to Zaozhuang to assist in the sweep of the guerrillas.
Liu Jinshan decided that he wanted to eliminate this bully, but Gao Gang lived in a simple place, and he was always accompanied by guards, how could he be solved?
Liu Jinshan used a clever plan to discover a traitor named "Ren Sandian", who was not only good at wine and meat, but also had a close relationship with Gao Gang. So, Liu Jinshan led the four brothers to interact with Ren Sandian for several days, held a banquet, and even pulled the other two traitors into the team, and the four of them became brothers, known as the "Zaozhuang Eight King Kongs", promising to share the blessings and difficulties with each other.
After drinking at three o'clock, he unreservedly revealed Takaoka's residence, and revealed that the relationship between Takaoka and another Japanese man, Kuroki, was tense, and the two often secretly competed with each other. In the process of interacting with Liu Jinshan, Ren Sandian also expressed his willingness to lend Liu Jinshan the clothes of the puppet army.
One dark night in October 1942, Liu Jinshan, with the help of three points, infiltrated the Japanese army camp in a pseudo-military uniform and successfully killed Gao Gang, who was working.
He also left a pseudo-military uniform as a cover and calmly left the scene. After the Japanese army found out, they thought that there were traitors within the puppet army, and began to investigate the puppet army one by one. As a result, the Japanese army and the puppet army were suspicious of each other and wary of each other, which undoubtedly provided us with greater opportunities.
Our army pursued the victory, and won a complete victory in the next battle, capturing the Japanese major generals Yamada, Kuroki and others, and capturing a large number of ** equipment, which was the most important victory in the anti-Japanese base area behind the enemy, and Liu Jinshan made great contributions!
Liu Jinshan is a heroic revolutionary hero, he escorted important people many times in the War of Resistance against Japan, such as **, etc., and made great achievements. After that, he once again showed his bravery in many battles such as the Huaihai Campaign and the liberation of Shanghai.
After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Liu Jinshan was appointed as the commander of the 307th Regiment of the 35th Army of the People's Liberation Army by virtue of his merits, and was later transferred to Zhejiang as the chief of staff of the Military Region.
In the TV series "Railway Guerrilla", Liu Hong's wife is a railway guerrilla, but in reality, Liu Jinshan's wife is not a railway guerrilla, but a female soldier in the post-liberation army, and the two of them became husband and wife.
In 1955, the state held an award ceremony to commend the heroes. Liu Jinshan was awarded the rank of colonel for his outstanding contributions and was sent to Nantong as deputy commander of the military division.
He worked there for more than ten years, and whenever someone asked him about the story of the railway guerrillas, he always told it with joy, and whenever he mentioned his former comrades-in-arms, his face would be filled with endless joy.
Liu Jinshan, who treats his subordinates without a frame, often tells everyone about the past years. In 1968, Liu Jinshan was transferred to Suzhou as commander, and since then, Suzhou has become his second hometown.
Liu Jinshan's friend is Liu Zhixia, the author of "Railway Guerrillas", and the friendship between the two originated from the heroic model conference held in Shandong in 1942.
In the era of the railway guerrillas, it was difficult to participate in the conference. However, although Liu Jinshan was busy fighting at the time, he still asked his friend Xu Guangtian (the prototype of Lu Han in the TV series) to break through the blockade to attend the meeting on his behalf.
At the meeting, ** praised the railway guerrillas: "They are steel knives on the chest of the enemy!" Hearing this commendation, Liu Zhixia, who was a war correspondent at the time, became very interested in this unit.
Therefore, after the meeting, he followed Xu Guangtian to the station of the railway guerrillas, met the captain Liu Jinshan, and the two became friends who talked about everything.
The deep revolutionary friendship between Liu Zhixia and Liu Jinshan stems from the time they worked together, and it is this meticulous observation that allowed Liu Zhixia to create the "Railway Guerrilla".
When Liu Zhixia handed over this ** to Liu Jinshan to read, Liu Jinshan was deeply moved and burst into tears with excitement. This ** evoked his memories of the troops, the nostalgia for the old captain, and also reminded him of the eventful years of the past.
In 1980, Liu Jinshan retired from Suzhou, and after his retirement, he often went to Qingdao to find his old friend Liu Zhixia. The two of them often get together to catch up, and even once got drunk and hugged their heads and cried.
Their revolutionary friendship lasted for decades and became a tale.
Liu Jinshan's legend of the railway guerrillas has been made into movies and TV series, and he himself has even been fortunate to write about his own works, which he is very satisfied with, and also hopes that the spirit of the railway guerrillas can be inherited.
In addition, there was an unforgettable thing that happened in the eighties. With China's reform and opening up, many foreign businessmen came to China to invest and do business, and one of them, a Japanese, came to Zaozhuang to negotiate coal mining business.
And this person is Heimu, who was captured by Liu Jinshan back then. This time he came to China, in addition to buying coal, one more thing was to find his old rival, Liu Jinshan, who was also an old friend.
Liu Jinshan was surprised when he learned that a Japanese was looking for him. When they met, Liu Jinshan said that the Chinese people would never forget what the Japanese had done in the past, but he said that if it was for friendly negotiations, they would welcome it.
The Japanese also expressed their apologies to the victims and lamented that China's rapid development today is very different from that of the past. In the years that followed, Liu Jinshan lived a retired life.
However, in 1991, his old friend Liu Zhixia died of a cerebral infarction, which brought great grief to Liu Jinshan. The death of an old friend hit him hard, and from then on he became no longer talkative, often sitting alone in the house, watching the past ** contemplation.
In the second half of his life, Liu Zhixia, the author of "Railway Guerrillas", he and his comrades-in-arms were received by state leaders and highly praised by the party organization, which was the happiest day of his later years.
Liu Jinshan passed away peacefully in 1996, and with the consent of the organization, he was buried in the Railway Guerrilla Memorial Park in Xuecheng District, Zaozhuang City, where he and his comrades-in-arms were laid to rest.
Although the heroes are no longer with us, their heroic deeds still shine today. Whether it is Hong Zhenhai or Liu Jinshan, they waged a heroic struggle against the Japanese army with their lives and blood in that difficult era, and they are great heroes worthy of our eternal memory.
As the sun sets, the surface of Weishan Lake is silent. I gently played my beloved lute, and sang the soulful ballad ......"Every time I hear this song, I think of the heroic railway guerrillas, who have become a beautiful scenery near Weishan Lake, and their stories will be passed on forever!
