During the rain, snow and freezing weather, the Shenzhen railway department quickly activated the emergency plan, and took a number of emergency measures at the stations under the tube, such as orderly guiding stranded passengers to rest and wait in the special waiting area, distributing emergency supplies, and opening additional ticket change and refund windows, so as to comprehensively provide passenger waiting services and ensure the orderly travel of passengers.
