The Basic Rules point out that the disclosure of electricity market information is carried out on an annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily basis. ** Class information is disclosed before the start of transaction filing, and operation type information is disclosed on the next day after the operation date. In areas or periods where the spot market is not carried out, weekly and daily information can be disclosed according to the needs of market operation, and the relevant information of the spot market will not be disclosed during the trial operation period when the spot market is not settled.

The Basic Rules clarify that the scope of information disclosure is divided into public information, public information and specific information. The subject of information disclosure includes power generation enterprises, electricity sales companies, power users, new entities (independent energy storage, etc.), power grid enterprises and market operation institutions. Among them, as a new type of entity, the public information that independent energy storage should disclose includes the full name of the enterprise, the nature of the enterprise, the rated capacity, etc., the change of the enterprise, the information on the equity relationship between other market operators and other market operators, and the information required to be disclosed to the public by other policies and regulations; The public information that should be disclosed includes the name of the dispatch, the jurisdiction of the dispatch, the date of operation, etc., to meet the relevant technical parameters of participating in market transactions; The specific information that should be disclosed to specific market members includes market transaction declaration information, contract information, performance parameter information, and measurement information.

It is understood that the "Basic Rules" is the third basic rules of the electricity market at the national level in the "1+N" basic rules system of the national unified electricity market that the National Energy Administration is organizing and compiling, following the "Basic Rules for Medium and Long-term Electricity Trading" and "Basic Rules for Electricity Spot Market (Trial)".
